Unfortunately, the customer service at the reception is very poor. The service is extremely slow, and even though there are three desks, you still have to wait at least 15 minutes. The staff do not seem to care if there is an issue. All the staff gather at one desk, completely ignoring guests. They don’t even ask how they can help or what you need. It’s really sad because the hotel itself is very beautiful, but the staff are not professional at all.

A luxurious room with friendly staff. The residence area is large, there is access to the beach. The room has a full kitchen with a washing machine, which I consider an indispensable attribute for long-term travelers.

Location of hotel is good with very limited and average food options at hotel. Average budget hotel for who prefers to stay for one or two days anything more than that you will regret your stay.

The hotel area has convenient transportation, the service is considerate, parking is convenient, the hotel facilities are relatively new, you can communicate in English, the sanitary environment is very good, relatively quiet, and the price is reasonable

Расположение топ! 10-15 минут пешком от Дубай Молла. Вокруг много магазинов. Внизу отличное кафе с кофе и десертами, дешевый круглосуточный индийский. А через дорогу бизнес квартал с модными кафе, ресторанами, и магазинами с готовой едой. За отелем начинается шикарная набережная, место для прогулок без машин. А также в 50 метрах остановка речного трамвайчика. Идеально. В номерах «бедненько, но чистенько». Немного ветхие полотенца, немного ушатанная мебель, немного захватанная посуда, но чисто, ничем не пахло, живности посторонней не было. Бассейн крошечный, полотенец не дают. Спортзал маленький, для средней подготовки. Спину и ноги толком не покачать.
