JakhuraLarge rooms. Very modern. All the rooms have beach view. Best beache resort in dubai as you can access all 4 hotels if you are staying in either one.

Cai deReiWe had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever.
At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day.
A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit.
The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun.
The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way.
Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued.
In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommended.

Guest UserThe rooms were large and spacious, like a living room. I was given one with a partial sea view and a view of the Ferris wheel. The dining room offers excellent and inexpensive food. The downside is that there's no balcony and the windows don't open, so there's a bit of an odor in the room. However, I extended my stay because the price was very low and the hotel quality was good. It's walking distance to the beach. They provide towels in beach bags, which is super convenient! I love this area, it's a pleasure to walk around. So, I'll be back again.

Guest UserOur stay at Atlantis The Palm was absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful and massive hotel with everything you need in one place. There’s so much to do for both kids and adults, from the incredible waterpark and aquarium to the huge variety of restaurants. Everything felt luxurious, fun, and perfectly organized. You could easily spend days here without ever getting bored. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Dubai.

SophiainChinaThis Waldorf Astoria hotel far exceeded my expectations. Here are some points that I hope will be helpful for Chinese travelers:
1. **Location**: The hotel is situated on the northeastern tip of the Palm Jumeirah, offering an excellent location. Personally, I think it's even better than the southwestern side of the palm, as from this vantage point, you can see the Burj Al Arab (7-star hotel), Burj Khalifa, and the coastline. The night view is spectacular, and you can catch a beautiful sunrise in the mornings.
2. **Service**: The hotel's service perfectly matches the Waldorf Astoria standard. They even offer Chinese-speaking staff, with several employees fluent in Mandarin.
3. **Breakfast**: The breakfast spread is incredibly generous, and they have options specifically catering to Chinese tastes.

SAGITTARIUS ♐️My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨
The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place.
The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛
Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood.
A very big thank you to Divya and Umaima 🤍✨
They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly.
One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛
It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨
I truly had such a wonderful stay 🙌💛

Guest UserA magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas. The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit. The soundproofing is also top-notch.
Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours.

During my two-day stay, the master bedroom's bathtub and shower were unusable. The water temperature was too low, reaching a maximum of 39 degrees Celsius even when turned up all the way, and it wouldn't maintain that temperature. Hotel staff came to check and discuss three times, each time claiming the equipment was working fine and advising that the bathtub shouldn't be filled more than halfway with hot water. However, in reality, the hot water in the tub only lasted for 2-3 minutes before turning lukewarm. The entire bathing experience cooled down within 5 minutes, leaving not even enough lukewarm water for a shower. The second bedroom had the same issue; after the first person used it, even waiting over half an hour wasn't enough for the next person to have a complete hot shower. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel and doesn't meet its service standards. The entire communication process severely disrupted our travel plans. Furthermore, from the night of check-in until the next morning, all four phones in our suite were unable to connect to the front desk for assistance. Eventually, we had to rely on Trip.com to contact staff to come to our standalone building for repairs.
On the positive side, the suite had good views. At the breakfast buffet, when we asked if they had Spanish coffee, they initially said no, but then directly brought us a prepared cup, which was a nice touch and made us feel a bit touched.

Guest UserAs a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay:
• Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage.
• Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel.
• No one escorted us to the room.
• Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups.
• Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests.
• Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet.
• Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am)
• On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late.
• On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend.
Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand.
This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

Guest UserWe really loved this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, never getting boring. Our room was a bit dated, but perfectly reflected the price. There's a pool, gym, and sauna, and the location is super convenient! Next time, I'd definitely choose this hotel again in Dubai Marina!
