CCai deReiWe had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever. At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day. A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit. The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun. The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way. Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued. In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended.

EEkaterina EThis hotel is clearly a favorite among Russian families, owing to its good location, all-inclusive meals, and low price for three guests in a room. All signs and announcements in the hotel are duplicated in Russian. During our stay, a large group of about 20 Russian teenagers was also there. These were classic teenagers who seem to think that being noisy, smoking covertly in the bushes, and swearing makes them mature. At breakfast, most guests are families with small children, which generally gives the impression of being in a summer camp rather than a Dubai hotel. If you enjoy this kind of atmosphere, or if you have children, then it's worth staying here, as your child won't be bored alone. The hotel has parking. The entrance to the hotel is from the underground parking, which makes the lobby feel a bit uninviting. Check-in was quick. We checked in at 6 PM and missed lunch. We were offered to stay for lunch after check-out the next day and complimentary luggage storage at the reception. The food is buffet style. On one hand, it seems like there's everything: beef, fish, side dishes, fruits, vegetables, soup, desserts. On the other hand, nothing is cooked well: the beef is fatty and tough, and the fish is overly soft. For example, in the photo, the salad has a lot of green and black olives and just a few cucumbers and leaves. The taste is unbalanced, just bitter. If you add vegetables, they are there but chopped into large pieces. In the fruit salad, the melon is so tasteless that you have to pick it out. At breakfast, there's no regular sliced cheese for making sandwiches, only feta with herbs. The croissants are so stale, as if they've been sitting there for three days, even though they are regularly refilled during breakfast. Not a single dish made me want to go back for seconds. In the end, I didn't regret missing lunch and decided not to stay for lunch the next day. The pool officially operates until 8 PM, but at 7:30 PM, we couldn't swim as it was already closed. The spa has a hammam and a sauna. The hammam is quite cold, and while the sauna shows 90 degrees, it feels much cooler. The jacuzzi has no bubbles, either the button doesn't work, or it's designed that way. It's more like a hot water pool. The definite pros are the large room, good zoning into a bedroom and living room, and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Also, there's a beautiful view of the Marina from the window, but no balcony. I stayed for one night and am unlikely to choose this place again. For the same price, there are many better hotels nearby for couples without children.

GGuest UserThis is a massive resort, located at the very tip of the Palm Jumeirah. The architecture is grand, stately, and very well-designed. There are pools, a beach, a water park, various activities like ping pong and a golf practice range, and an abundance of facilities for children. Our room was a high-floor, sea-view room, and standing by the window, the view outside was simply breathtaking. Even though the resort has been operating for 18 years, it's incredibly well-maintained. Despite the large number of guests, especially children, everything runs smoothly and is very well-managed. All the glass doors and windows are immaculately clean, not a single fingerprint, because staff are constantly wiping them down. We discreetly counted several swimming pools, and one of them alone had eight lifeguards on duty. There's a great variety of dining options, including Michelin three-star and one-star restaurants, as well as two buffets. Breakfast was generally good. A special shout-out to our dinner at the Michelin one-star Hakkasan – the food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and the ambiance was very elegant and upscale. Next door, the new Atlantis The Royal has opened, and guests staying here can take a shuttle to visit it. The staff are all incredibly proactive, enthusiastic, and super patient. They always make sure to diligently complete whatever you ask of them before moving on.

SSophiainChinaThis Waldorf Astoria hotel far exceeded my expectations. Here are some points that I hope will be helpful for Chinese travelers: 1. **Location**: The hotel is situated on the northeastern tip of the Palm Jumeirah, offering an excellent location. Personally, I think it's even better than the southwestern side of the palm, as from this vantage point, you can see the Burj Al Arab (7-star hotel), Burj Khalifa, and the coastline. The night view is spectacular, and you can catch a beautiful sunrise in the mornings. 2. **Service**: The hotel's service perfectly matches the Waldorf Astoria standard. They even offer Chinese-speaking staff, with several employees fluent in Mandarin. 3. **Breakfast**: The breakfast spread is incredibly generous, and they have options specifically catering to Chinese tastes.

GGrandpaGVery impressive hotel. Almost everything was perfect from our arrival, with a special mention for Omar on Reception who dealt with us very professionally. All the facilities were first class, both interior and exterior. The numerous staff were amazing. We had Executive Club access which negated the need to eat in the restaurants. The Club was excellent with very attentive staff and great food and drink. However our last night was spoiled by two families with five screaming children, in spite of Club regulations which ask parents to ensure that their children do not affect the serenity of the place. Management need to place an age limit on children's access to the Club so that a minority do not spoil the ambiance for the majority.

GGuest UserAs a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay: • Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage. • Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel. • No one escorted us to the room. • Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups. • Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests. • Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet. • Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am) • On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late. • On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend. Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand. This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

MM00_M00I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience at the hotel. While there were positive aspects, there were also significant concerns that impacted my overall satisfaction. On arrival, we were disappointed to find that the sea view room we had booked was unavailable. However, the receptionist, Malsha, was very courteous and resolved the issue by providing a room upgrade and a late check-out, which we appreciated. Additionally, the food quality was good, and the dining experience met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and taste (Thank you Daniel for your kind dining services). Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. First, our key card was not updated in the system by 12:00 PM the following day, resulting in us being locked out of our room. More concerning, the cleaning supervisor entered our room without prior notice while my family members were asleep and while I was only partially dressed (wrapped in a towel). It was highly unprofessional for the supervisor to be unaware that the room was occupied, and this breach of privacy was unacceptable. When I raised these issues with the staff, the response was limited to an apology, with no further resolution or compensation offered. Given these incidents, I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future. While the staff’s initial efforts to accommodate us were commendable, the lack of attention to guest privacy and key card management significantly marred our experience.

GGuest UserWe booked for one night while passing through. The room was a huge two-room suite. One room had a living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave. There was also a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV area. Everything felt very spacious. There was one toilet with a commode and a sink, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and a commode. The bedroom was also spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with such soft linens that I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads, but no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste. There were also no slippers or bathrobes. In the kitchen, there were two bottles of water, about eight coffee sachets, and just one tea bag… a very odd quantity. There was also disposable sugar. The room had a tobacco smell, as if someone had smoked in it, even though we were asked upon check-in if we preferred a smoking or non-smoking room, and we chose non-smoking. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which was very convenient for getting to the airport as we did. Nearby, there's also the Marina Mall, where you can easily exchange money and grab a bite on the top floor. Plus, there's a supermarket on the first floor. Overall, the Dubai Marina promenade is a nice place for a walk. The room offered a wonderful view. In short, we liked the hotel, but it's not a 5-star experience. It has its drawbacks. For 7500 rubles a night, we expected better conditions. Also, be aware that they charge a 20-dirham tourist tax upon check-in.
