GGuest UserOur first time at this resort. Very family friendly, kids club was one of the best I've seen. It was a bit too crowded for our liking, that's just our preference, not saying that its bad by any means. Some of the service maybe a bit slow, like asking for ice, bell boy, front desk, but only because of the amount of people there, the service was good. Good new clean rooms.

MMarino FraninovicA stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai is not just about luxury. It is about the people who turn hospitality into something truly magical. It wasn’t just the opulent rooms, impeccable service, or the idyllic location on JBR. What made our family’s stay unforgettable were the small, seemingly invisible individuals, those who work behind the scenes yet create moments that leave a lasting impression. Every day, our daughters were met with a new surprise, a thoughtful gesture, a warm smile, a little personal touch that made them feel special. These were not just hotel courtesies, they were heartfelt emotions that we felt deeply and carried home with us. A heartfelt thank you to the team working tirelessly behind the scenes, those whose names may not be in the spotlight, but whose dedication turns a stay into something extraordinary. They may not hold grand titles, but with their hands and hearts, they craft an experience that transcends luxury, a feeling of genuine care and belonging. The Ritz-Carlton Dubai was not just a hotel we stayed in. It was a place where we felt truly welcome, not just as guests, but as friends. And that is a feeling we will always treasure.

EEkaterina EThis hotel is clearly a favorite among Russian families, owing to its good location, all-inclusive meals, and low price for three guests in a room. All signs and announcements in the hotel are duplicated in Russian. During our stay, a large group of about 20 Russian teenagers was also there. These were classic teenagers who seem to think that being noisy, smoking covertly in the bushes, and swearing makes them mature. At breakfast, most guests are families with small children, which generally gives the impression of being in a summer camp rather than a Dubai hotel. If you enjoy this kind of atmosphere, or if you have children, then it's worth staying here, as your child won't be bored alone. The hotel has parking. The entrance to the hotel is from the underground parking, which makes the lobby feel a bit uninviting. Check-in was quick. We checked in at 6 PM and missed lunch. We were offered to stay for lunch after check-out the next day and complimentary luggage storage at the reception. The food is buffet style. On one hand, it seems like there's everything: beef, fish, side dishes, fruits, vegetables, soup, desserts. On the other hand, nothing is cooked well: the beef is fatty and tough, and the fish is overly soft. For example, in the photo, the salad has a lot of green and black olives and just a few cucumbers and leaves. The taste is unbalanced, just bitter. If you add vegetables, they are there but chopped into large pieces. In the fruit salad, the melon is so tasteless that you have to pick it out. At breakfast, there's no regular sliced cheese for making sandwiches, only feta with herbs. The croissants are so stale, as if they've been sitting there for three days, even though they are regularly refilled during breakfast. Not a single dish made me want to go back for seconds. In the end, I didn't regret missing lunch and decided not to stay for lunch the next day. The pool officially operates until 8 PM, but at 7:30 PM, we couldn't swim as it was already closed. The spa has a hammam and a sauna. The hammam is quite cold, and while the sauna shows 90 degrees, it feels much cooler. The jacuzzi has no bubbles, either the button doesn't work, or it's designed that way. It's more like a hot water pool. The definite pros are the large room, good zoning into a bedroom and living room, and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Also, there's a beautiful view of the Marina from the window, but no balcony. I stayed for one night and am unlikely to choose this place again. For the same price, there are many better hotels nearby for couples without children.

GGuest UserThis is a massive resort, located at the very tip of the Palm Jumeirah. The architecture is grand, stately, and very well-designed. There are pools, a beach, a water park, various activities like ping pong and a golf practice range, and an abundance of facilities for children. Our room was a high-floor, sea-view room, and standing by the window, the view outside was simply breathtaking. Even though the resort has been operating for 18 years, it's incredibly well-maintained. Despite the large number of guests, especially children, everything runs smoothly and is very well-managed. All the glass doors and windows are immaculately clean, not a single fingerprint, because staff are constantly wiping them down. We discreetly counted several swimming pools, and one of them alone had eight lifeguards on duty. There's a great variety of dining options, including Michelin three-star and one-star restaurants, as well as two buffets. Breakfast was generally good. A special shout-out to our dinner at the Michelin one-star Hakkasan – the food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and the ambiance was very elegant and upscale. Next door, the new Atlantis The Royal has opened, and guests staying here can take a shuttle to visit it. The staff are all incredibly proactive, enthusiastic, and super patient. They always make sure to diligently complete whatever you ask of them before moving on.

SSAGITTARIUS ♐️My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨ The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place. The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛 Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood. A very big thank you to Divya and Umaima 🤍✨ They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly. One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛 It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨ I truly had such a wonderful stay 🙌💛 From the location to the service to the warm hospitality every detail added something special to the experience. I definitely recommend it ⭐️ And I will for sure be coming back because the whole stay was simply unforgettable 😍🌟✨

GGuest UserThe front desk lady was Chinese, and her service was excellent and thoughtful. When I checked in, she knew my English wasn't great, so she specifically took me to the Italian restaurant to book dinner for the next evening. When I checked out, she saw us trying to take our huge suitcases on the shuttle bus and gently and politely told me that the car was too small and couldn't fit the luggage. Hahaha, she put it very tactfully... In reality, I let my kids decide how to be frugal and save money... So, my child let out a sad sigh: ”We didn't even save on the fare.” Hahaha, in the end, we took a taxi to the airport, but the front desk lady's attitude and way of explaining things taught her a lot. What a lovely memory...

GGuest UserOut of the several hotels I stayed at this trip, this one was just okay in terms of value for money. We didn't get a sea view room, so the room experience itself was pretty average. I wouldn't recommend staying in the side rooms – they're small, don't get much light, and have no view. However, the outdoor facilities are excellent! There are five swimming pools and a very long private beach, perfect for a relaxing day. My kids had a blast.

GGuest UserBeachside Paradise for Families – The Westin Mina Seyahi, Dubai Our stay at The Westin Mina Seyahi was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled on a pristine stretch of beach, this resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and family-friendly fun. The multiple pools, beachfront access, and a fantastic kids’ water park made it a dream destination for our child — he never wanted to leave! The Splash Pad, slides, and shaded play areas are a huge plus for families. Rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered peaceful sea views. Service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive — staff greeted us by name and genuinely cared for our experience, from check-in to poolside dining. Dining options were varied and delicious, with something for every palate. Whether it was the buffet breakfast, beachside snacks, or elegant dinner, everything was spot on. A truly relaxing, fun-filled escape that makes you feel pampered while your kids are just as delighted. Westin Mina Seyahi is a resort that checks every box — and then some. A flawless 7-star family experience. Will definitely return.

GGuest UserAs a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay: • Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage. • Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel. • No one escorted us to the room. • Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups. • Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests. • Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet. • Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am) • On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late. • On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend. Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand. This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

GGuest UserWe booked for one night while passing through. The room was a huge two-room suite. One room had a living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave. There was also a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV area. Everything felt very spacious. There was one toilet with a commode and a sink, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and a commode. The bedroom was also spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with such soft linens that I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads, but no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste. There were also no slippers or bathrobes. In the kitchen, there were two bottles of water, about eight coffee sachets, and just one tea bag… a very odd quantity. There was also disposable sugar. The room had a tobacco smell, as if someone had smoked in it, even though we were asked upon check-in if we preferred a smoking or non-smoking room, and we chose non-smoking. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which was very convenient for getting to the airport as we did. Nearby, there's also the Marina Mall, where you can easily exchange money and grab a bite on the top floor. Plus, there's a supermarket on the first floor. Overall, the Dubai Marina promenade is a nice place for a walk. The room offered a wonderful view. In short, we liked the hotel, but it's not a 5-star experience. It has its drawbacks. For 7500 rubles a night, we expected better conditions. Also, be aware that they charge a 20-dirham tourist tax upon check-in.
