GGuest UserWe booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.
The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.
Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!

GGuest UserNice new freshly designed hotel, super convenient for meetings in Media City and commute around as there is a metro and it is at the start of Palm Jumeirah. Room was very large with kitchen and nice views over the water including a fireworks on Saturday… cool.

XXiaoxiaodehuaqianjiWe booked four rooms with breakfast for two nights. On the day of check-in, which was already past midnight, one of the rooms we were assigned was already occupied. We then had to go back and switch rooms. The next day at breakfast, they said the room wasn't under my name and wanted me to pay, which caused another hassle. Finally, on the day we checked out, they claimed we had consumed items from the mini-bar, but we absolutely did not!! This Marriott is honestly the worst-managed one I've ever stayed at!! Not recommended! Plus, the bar was very noisy at night.

GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

GGuest UserVery nice rooms. Cleaning, security and service staff is lovely and helpful, front desk depends on who’s on duty. Breakfast and Indian restaurant are incredibly tasty! Pools are excellent, also for kids, even though lazy river could use renovation. Location is convenient, premises are beautiful. All in all a wonderful stay.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant stay at the hotel, especially for someone travelling to Dubai for the first time. The location is very close to the airport and within walking distance—though with luggage, it may be slightly challenging. The staff were courteous and generous throughout our stay. A special mention to Monica at the Reception for kindly arranging an upgrade, which was truly appreciated.

GGuest User3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.
It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.
I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away!
Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!

• Front Office & Management: A massive thank you to Ahmed (Manager) and Shehab (Assistant Manager) for their impeccable leadership and for ensuring every request was met with a smile. The check-in process was a breeze thanks to the professional and welcoming nature of Jenny, Maria, and Alaa, who even assisted with a much-appreciated early check-in.
• Dining & Breakfast: The breakfast buffet at Walima is a feast for the senses. Special mention to Tiffany, who is a superstar in the dining room—her attention to detail and ability to remember specific egg orders made every morning feel personalized.
• Housekeeping: My room was kept in pristine condition throughout my stay. Thank you to Olawole and Adnan for their hard work and for those thoughtful little touches that make a room feel like home.
• Concierge & Support: Whether it was coordinating the free airport shuttle or helping with local tips, Khathean, Uzar, and Recheal were always one step ahead, making my travel logistics completely stress-free.

The rooms are spacious, soundproof (you won't hear a single plane despite being minutes from the airport), and elegantly designed with ”Cloud Living” comfort in mind.

• Misk Wellness Spa: A must-visit for anyone looking to unwind after a long flight.
• Location: Being steps away from the GGICO Metro Station makes exploring Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Mall, and the Gold Souk incredibly easy.
