We stayed at Fairmont The Palm for part of our honeymoon, and it was such an amazing and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The team made us feel so special, and we were surprised with a romantic setup in our room — a beautiful touch that made our stay even more memorable. The rooms are a little outdated in comparison to other hotels in the Accor group. Otherwise, great hotel and lovely buffets!! ✈️☀️🌴🇦🇪

Residing in this hotel at the end of October. The hotel only opened, all new, very clean and beautiful. The beach of its free, only paid (beach club), there are many and all worthy. The swimming pool on the roof was enjoyed, the atmosphere was pleasant. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, everything is, only for the euro sockets need an adapter. Staff in general and in general try, but there are also incompetent staff. When we were inhabited, we were told that we had no breakfast paid, long disputed and found out, and eventually managed to recover paid breakfast with fight. We were inhabited for a long time. Although the time was already more than 3:00. At first we were forgotten at all, taken our passports and dealt with other matters. After I reminded us about 20 minutes later, the room number was announced and asked to fill out a small questionnaire. At that point, a man came up and asked to change his room because he couldn't sleep because of the noise. He was dealt with for a long time because there were no free rooms. As a result, we waited for another 30 minutes again and here we are given another number .... And our number was given to this man. I understood it not immediately, but after all 5 nights, from 6 a.m. in the next room, the child shouted, there was a feeling that he was shouting in our room (in the room there was a door to the next room). I believe that it was not nice to us by the staff of the hotel in this way to get out of the situation.

Raffles The Palm Dubai is truly one of my absolute favorite places in Dubai. From the very first moment, the atmosphere feels incredibly royal — refined, elegant, and deeply luxurious in the most tasteful way. The design of the hotel is simply stunning: timeless, sophisticated, and perfectly balanced between classic grandeur and modern comfort. The service deserves special praise — flawless, attentive, and very private. You genuinely feel cared for, but never disturbed. The view from the room over the sea is breathtaking and adds a sense of calm and exclusivity that is hard to find elsewhere in Dubai. The food is exceptional — truly delicious, with a clear signature of a talented chef and a thoughtful approach to every detail. This is a place I will definitely return to, and one I recommend wholeheartedly to anyone who appreciates beauty, impeccable service, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

It’s ok. Nice 5 star hotel with clean rooms and facilities. The location is ok, coz you need always a taxi if you don’t want to stay in the hotel. It’s a hotel, not a resort like Atlantis or others. Its not allowed to take towels from the hotel to public beaches or waterparks. Hotel Pool and Beach is ok. Benefit is a playroom for kids. The food is great, a bit pricy though. The staff is really kind and helpful, top service.

Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

I have been to a few W hotels including Bangkok which receives exceptional reviews but I must say that this has been my favourite. We were arriving early in the morning and couldn’t check into Raffles the Palm until 3 so booked a night at W so that we didn’t have to wait around. I am so happy that we did. The service was outstanding!!!! I will definitely be using this hotel for all future trips via Dubai and would like to thank Freda, all pool and restaurant staff for their attentiveness as well as everyone else behind the scenes. It was a short trip this time but by far the best I have received in Dubai. Thank you

Absolutely amazing stay at Voco Hotel! As an IHG member, I truly experienced exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was incredibly comfortable with stunning unobstructed sea views. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wonderful variety of options. A special thank you to Glenys at the front desk for her patient answers and perfect service—she made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

This resort hotel is located at the entrance of Palm Jumeirah and boasts a private beach with a view of Bluewaters Island. Most of the guests are European, and you'll find plenty of European families and people in bikinis by the large pool early in the morning. There's also a walking path along the beach, popular with joggers in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast spread is excellent, and the rooms are quite good too. You could easily spend a whole day relaxing at the hotel or on the beach without needing to leave. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, perfect for unwinding all day. It would be a great place to bring kids, and the current price is also very attractive.

Decided to stay on The Palm for one night in Dubai. Gave this hotel a shot. Checked-in, and the lady staff (Nazgurl, I hope I spelled correctly) was nice & gave us a complimentary upgrade which was one of the most awesome experience. The room was spacious, the beach was great and the experience are to die for. More importantly, there are 2 gentlemen (Nathaniel & Karan) who are SUPER attentive, helpful with our luggages & booking of taxi. Their professional, enthusiasm and attention to details are commendable. Super impressed with the overall stay and those 2 gentlemen made it even better.
