These are wonderful apartments, just two minutes from the Dubai Mall via the Adress Hotel walkway. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and always available. We left a deposit in US dollars, and it was returned without any hassle. I definitely recommend this accommodation!

The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to the Dubai Mall, and the decor is also very refined. Having just opened in 2021, it's very new, and the hotel's signature scent is wonderfully pleasant. The gym and pool facilities are also quite new. Breakfast offers a good variety and is well-presented. The only drawback is the absence of a bathtub in the room. Overall, sleeping at this hotel is very comfortable, though the sound of doors closing next door can be a bit loud. I really enjoyed my stay at Vida Hotel. If I return to Dubai and the price is right, I would definitely book it again, as the hotel's pricing is quite volatile and can vary significantly.

Great location with great view. Direct access to Dubai Mall is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The bathroom has got a lot of water stains.

The hotel's location is excellent, just 30 meters from the Dubai Mall entrance. However, the room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. There were cigarette butts on the dirty balcony, and the furniture was grubby with dust on the light fixtures.

The location is perfect, and Haroon is a very professional and friendly manager! We stayed here for a week, and he took great care of us, even adjusting the cleaning times to our time zone.

The location is absolutely fantastic. You can access Dubai Mall directly from the hotel. It's super close to both the Burj Khalifa and the Underwater Zoo. The breakfast meets the standard of an international five-star hotel. Just a heads up, the taxi stand is a bit different from what you might be used to in some countries. Free parking is a huge plus; you can just park right at the entrance and pick up your car when you leave. It's incredibly convenient for those on a road trip. If I get the chance, I'd definitely stay here again.

Traveling solo, this place was decent. On the first day, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. The second day, I was going to book directly at the front desk, but the price had gone up. So, I ended up booking through Trip.com again, and they didn't change my room, which was actually great! That's because my room had a direct view of the Burj Khalifa from the window, so I was quite happy with it. It's an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, a stove, a range hood, and a coffee machine – you can cook your own meals, but only simple ones.

The hotel's location is superb, just a 5-6 minute walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was also large with a separate wet and dry area. Housekeeping was good, and free bottled water was provided. You'll need to ask the front desk for toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hotel building itself is very charming and great for photos. Unfortunately, the pool closes at sunset, so I didn't get much use out of it. There are plenty of cafes and Western restaurants nearby, and a small market with a fruit stand and other shops right behind the hotel.

Joy RMWe booked the place for 3D2N, my friends and I had a lot of fun! The location is great, if it weren't for the weather, walking outside would have been so much better but overall, the location is nice, there are two supermarkets near, Choithram and Geant. You'll also get a view of the Burj Khalifa in the balcony! The kitchen was equipped well which we were very thankful for! We had a problem with the wifi when we checked in, though. It took a couple of hours to get it resolved and the AC in the bedroom wasn't working well, too, we had to keep the door open to at least get some coldness in the room. The bathroom gets flooded when you shower, too. I think it would also be better if you add a block-out curtain in the living room. There was a deposit as well. Overall, they were very responsive. Just disappointed that the wifi did not work the moment we checked in, and the AC in the bedroom did not get fixed.

Good apartment, pleased PS5. Beautiful pedestrian street to Dubai mall. On trip.com this is not specified but mandatory deposit ONLY with a foreign card. For a long time it was found and looked for options. Some as through a acquaintance paid, experienced, reading reviews, but everything cost, 4 days after departure money was unlocked. Support 24/7 On requests respond instantly. We will definitely return.
