Location: 10/10 Amazing, and good for our purpose. Just outside of downtown so we escape the ever worsening traffic jam. Pickup and dropoff was along a private driveway with ample space so there isnt a rushed feeling of having to quickly exit or enter the vehicles due to a backlog of cars behind. Dubai was a pretty intense city, so this was truly an oasis of calm. Ambiance and decor: 10/10 but this is a matter of personal taste. Very elegant and oozes old world luxury. Lots of marble, high ceiling lobby, truly a palatial experience. Rooms: 10/10 we were so comfortable we didnt want to leave. Massive beds, lots of space and strong air conditioning. Well maintained and very clean with evening turndown service. Breakfast: 7.5/10 Very good breakfast and very functional. Mainly international and local dishes. Good enough for our purpose. Meal options: 6.5/10 This was a little bit of a letdown as the room service, and lunch menu at the restaurant and lobby lounge was quite basic and we had to search for lunch / afternoon meal options elsewhere. Maybe also because lunchtime traffic is not great. Service: 10/10 every porter, restaurant staff, reception staff, concierge conveyed a sense of warmth, and really remembered my name. Upon seeing us come back to the hotel with shopping bags or crates of local fruit, a trolley was immediately loaded and taken to our room. No questions asked. When we received a delivery just as we were about to go out, the porter immediately offered to take it to our room to save us the trouble of walking back to the room. I forgot his name, but he was from a place called Kandy in Sri Lanka. Special mention also to Isaac. Overall a 9.8 from me. I would stay again.

Great location. Rooms are spacious, bright, and well-furnished. There's some construction going on across the street, which you can hear a bit. The breakfast gave me all-inclusive vibes. The food quality was okay, but nothing special. No salmon or anything like that, just standard fare, and lots of people piling their plates high. You can get egg dishes made to order outside. However, the fan that's supposed to keep the staff cool just blows all the cooking and grease smells your way, so you might as well take another shower after standing there... not ideal. Overall, I found it just so-so. I arrived on a red-eye flight and stayed another night, thankfully moving to a different - and better - hotel afterwards. The pool was decent, but there were limited sun loungers and high demand. The pool also falls into shadow quite early due to the building itself.

The location is very convenient, not far from the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of Indian food. The room was quite spacious. Overall, it's a pretty standard hotel, but decent value for money.

I like the front desk staff, they are very friendly, funny, problem solving, down to earth. I like the middle eastern style food for breakfast, as tourists this is what we want to experience. The room service is average, I don't need daily cleaning, but I expect water and tea to be replenished daily... The bar, restaurant, cafe, shisha are all good, the service at the pool is also good, I like it and will come again next time

This hotel was great, the pool was really cool and the decor fun and vibrant with options for food and drink. It’s not too far to get around and there is a car park which is good. Taxi drivers sometimes find it difficult to find the location of the hotel but this is not a reflection of the hotel at all. The staff were so friendly and it had everything you need. My view of the Burj Khalifa made it even more special.

The service is good and the staff do a great job, a bit annoying with the reviews you leave on Google but I understand. The room is cleaned every day, they do this very well. Breakfast costs 75aed, it is fine but nothing special. You have to ask for an adapter at the reception to be able to connect the devices if you are a foreigner. There are very few sockets available in the room. They should do some renovation of the furniture and some details, but in general the room is already good and spacious, it is like an apartment. 15 minutes walk from the Burj.
