Always the best, but it was not as nice as my last stay though. The reception gave me a nice view on the entrance side. Now my side is just construction but still service and especially the restaurant food (whether breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner) are all amazing!!! Still one of the best Roves I’ve ever been to! Also got to say the beach lifeguards are also very kind and really good at reminding people, also explained to me what the flags mean. Great and very accommodating team!

Due to my own reasons, I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, prepared to check in in the afternoon or pay extra for early check-in. However, the front desk was excellent; they helped me with my luggage, gave me 3 complimentary breakfasts, and very kindly let us eat first, then quickly prepared my room! The room was ready and I could check in by around 9 AM. All the hotel rooms are sea-facing, directly overlooking the Burj Al Arab, offering unparalleled views! There are several Jumeirah Group hotels nearby, and each has beautiful pools and beaches. Hotel guests can share these facilities, which is very convenient. Our room package included two meals. I initially thought it would just be the hotel buffet, but the front desk provided a list of restaurants from which we could choose our preferred one. We picked Rockfish, and the food was Michelin-level, which we were very satisfied with.

The hotel is located in Dubai's business district, not far from Dubai Marina, with large supermarkets and a metro station nearby, making it very convenient for business travelers. The breakfast was decent too. What really stood out was the incredible value for money, especially during the off-season.

Good location and friendly service. Guest discounts on F&B Breakfast buffet reasonably priced. Room lighting needs to be brighter. Note: the nearby Arabic Nightclub (photo#6) was still blasting loud music at 2:30 a.m. ! This is a serious offense which requires reporting to the authorities. Hotel guests will suffer from sleep deprivation because of this noisy night club. Serious action is required from hotel management and community residents.

Here is a clear, natural English version of your review: ⸻ We stayed at the hotel from November 12 to 14, 2025, with my friend. On Trip.com we booked a premium room with two 1.5-meter beds. When we arrived, we were told that this option was “subject to availability,” and that they couldn’t give us this room because it wasn’t available. Instead, we were given an economy room with small beds. There were blood stains on the sheets that they apparently couldn’t wash out. The room was cleaned poorly. The floor smelled so bad that it was hard to breathe. The breakfast was very poor — there was nothing to eat. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The only good things are the proximity to the sea and the friendly staff. Otherwise, I don’t recommend it. Unfortunately, the hotel has really deteriorated. I stayed here in 2024, and it was much better back then — the breakfast had more variety, and you could eat well. But in 2025 everything got worse: both the breakfast and the room cleaning. And there is a terrible smell in the hotel. Just awful.

Located next to City Walk, it offers convenient access to restaurants and shopping. Green Planet is a great playground for children and is within walking distance. For breakfast, you can choose from two carefully prepared meals, and the yogurt is quite good.

The city view is good, watching Burj Khalifa and Burj al Arab from rooms. There was a habibi cleaner who gave us excellent service. He/She gave us 3 packets of tissue when we asked. Lazy to say details. The food breakfast is nice, but probably can change everyday. bed was clean and comfy. The water also tasted a bit salty. The level lobby (outside our room, the corridoor) (not ground floor) was also dark, I felt uneasy. Anyway, The bus service to kite beach is good, but the bus could have left earlier! Nice hotel in the new city, not far from the Insurance market station. The check-in at 1030pm took a bit longer. The room is facing the avenue, and can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. No AC/exhaust in the bathroom. The bed is very short and soft. Breakfast selection is good, only the water quality is not acceptable. Don't drink tea. THey offer shuttle service to the Emirates Mall, subway station and also to the beach. Good value for the money

Good afternoon everyone! We booked the hotel in February 2026. This wasn't our first time staying at this hotel, so we knew where we were going. We had breakfast included, no dinner, and it was plenty. When we arrived, we were told there were no twin beds, so they offered us a king-size bed. We didn't object, as we weren't allowed to choose when booking. Before check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100 dirhams. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfasts were tasty but repetitive, but sufficient. We enjoyed everything throughout the week and were left with a positive impression. The hotel also has a pool, hammam, and sauna, which was a plus. The sea is a 15-minute walk away, and the Burj Khalifa is a 40-50-minute walk away. The area is nice, but a bit old. We are happy with everything. Thank you, hotel!

The main entrance is within a 5-minute walk of the subway station, and it's also very convenient to catch a taxi from the back entrance. The hotel is spacious and very comfortable for families, with a washing machine and cooking facilities. The daily cleaning is spotless. It's worth mentioning that although the breakfast selection doesn't seem extensive, everything is delicious, and you can even order hot fried eggs. The staff proactively greeted us and offered assistance, and their work was meticulous and thorough. Overall, a particularly satisfying stay.
