The services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return in the future. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained — housekeeping took care of everything daily, so we always came back to a fresh and tidy space. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic: there was a wide variety to choose from, everything was fresh, and the flavors were delicious. Every morning offered something new, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent. The entire hotel has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept, which really made us feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The swimming pool is lovely and well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to cool off and unwind during the day. Another big plus is that the beach is just a short ride away — only about 10 minutes by taxi — so it was very easy to enjoy both the city and some relaxing time by the sea. Overall, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. We can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to enjoy their vacation.

Pros: Beautiful, green grounds. First line with its own beach, sun loungers and towels included. Delicious breakfasts. Lots of restaurants near the hotel, and a large grocery store. A Russian-speaking girl named Maria at the reception. Overall, the staff was good. They congratulated me on my anniversary. Very nice. They allowed a one-hour late checkout, for which I'm very grateful! Cons: The rooms. We got a small, corner room (2406) with a narrow, small window, so the room was dark. The bed was positioned with the foot facing the door. The towels were worn out, and one of the bathrobes was torn. The walls, curtains, and chairs had stains, the furniture was old and sometimes broken. The USB charger near one of the nightstands didn't work. Conclusion: The rooms are old and don't live up to the star rating. Disappointing! No metro nearby. We had to take taxis. It was cheaper not to use apps but to hail them directly on the street, there were plenty. We spent a good amount of money on transportation! There are no transfers provided, including to shopping malls.

The city view is good, watching Burj Khalifa and Burj al Arab from rooms. There was a habibi cleaner who gave us excellent service. He/She gave us 3 packets of tissue when we asked. Lazy to say details. The food breakfast is nice, but probably can change everyday. bed was clean and comfy. The water also tasted a bit salty. The level lobby (outside our room, the corridoor) (not ground floor) was also dark, I felt uneasy. Anyway, The bus service to kite beach is good, but the bus could have left earlier! Anyway, ✌️ seasons hotel , thank you for hosting us!

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I was especially impressed with the excellent service and how affordable the price was compared to the quality provided. The location was also convenient and made traveling around easy. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.
