It was the best.
I had booked 2 singles, but the room was not available so I was upgraded to a double, which was a wonderful room with a view of Bur Jumeirah.
(The one I had booked was the cheapest Sea View.)
When I contacted the front desk because the coffee machine in my room wasn't working properly, they fixed it right away.
The hotel restaurant is also reasonably priced and the staff is attentive.
Above all, Mr. Abhishek at the front desk had a pleasant customer service, and I was happy with his thoughtfulness in arranging taxis and taking care of the room after the upgrade. On our last day, we were gracefully transported to the airport by the hotel's car.
I will definitely stay at this hotel next time. The cost performance is the best.

Our stay was great.
We had a misunderstanding about the child stay which was covered by the hotel manager and provided us a complimentary extra bed for our child.
There was a construction on the neighbor land, so it is hardly recommended to book the room with palm view to prevent disturbing sound of construction at the evening.
The staff were so kind and welcoming.
Thanks to the manager for supporting us during our stay 🙏
