Very poor service!
When we checked in, we were required to wait until three o'clock in the afternoon. Even if we didn't arrive ten minutes earlier, we wouldn't be allowed in. Late check out is not an option either. The service attitude at the front desk is also very average. I really don’t recommend Chinese people to stay in this hotel.
I later gave my opinion to the hotel in English and it got a little better. My English is very good, otherwise my experience would be really bad.
When I finally entered the room at three o'clock, there wasn't even a bathrobe in the room, so I had to call to get one. Luggage delivery is also very slow.
The hotel gym facilities are average. The indoor pool is not open either.

I thought it looked beautiful when I saw the pictures. I moved here from Atlantis and wanted to stay one night to experience it after leaving Dubai. The result Very bad experience. The whole process of checking in was indifferent and extremely slow. The twin beds were just double beds pushed together. We were even given a disabled room when we booked three rooms. The floor we were given was also low. The sea view room was very noisy at night as it was next to the roadside. There was also a bar below which was noisy. When we checked out, we directly said that the experience was too bad, and also said that they could call us to change rooms. Should we lie down and then get up to change rooms? ! The sand on the beach is also very rough, and you can't even appreciate the green lights and traffic lights upstairs at night. There are so many good hotels in Palm Island, let this one be your lightning protection.
