AAnonymous UserCame back to same Staybridge suites after a cruise and got upgraded for one night stay before flying off. It’s a beautiful hotel, view on high levels are very good and metro is just downstairs. Convenience stores are on left and right of apartment. Many eateries and pharmacies along the whole stretch of road. Staff are courteous and helpful.

CClen DavidJust wrapped up an unforgettable 2-night staycation on the QE2, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delightful — every meal felt like a culinary treat.
What really makes the QE2 special, though, is the experience itself. The facilities are extraordinary, and being on board feels like stepping into history. The onboard museums, audiovisual room, old pubs, and beautifully preserved interiors truly transport you back in time. It’s such an interactive and immersive journey into the ship’s remarkable past.
What’s even better is that you get the full cruise ship atmosphere without any seasickness — it’s stationery, yet it gives you the magical feeling of traveling through time. Honestly, I found myself wishing I could stay longer.
If you’re looking for something unique, enriching, and memorable, the QE2 staycation is a must. A one-of-a-kind experience I’ll definitely be coming back for! 🚢✨

KKhalfan_AlnaqbiThe hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent. It's conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, an 11-minute drive to Dubai Hills Mall, and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. However, while the furniture is in good condition, it feels quite dated, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities also show their age. The gym is excellent and spotlessly clean, as is the pool, which also boasts a great location.

GGuest UserThe hotel's front desk and service staff were very friendly. The only issue was the night security guard, who had an extremely poor attitude. He kept rushing me to remove my luggage, threatening to charge me if I didn't, even though I was just setting it down for a moment. All other service staff were excellent.

224/12/18 guestHotel is 30s from Dubai Internet City Metro, which is very outstanding from all other hotels. But all bathroom towel and drinking water bottles were removed by housekeeping everyday, but no refill nearly whole fiur days stay. This took over 90 mins and chased many times with room service call desk '0' to get refill. When direct ask room outside housekeeping refill, the staff will say later refill but disappear because their trolley never got that enough towel and water bottle refill after cleaning the room. Front desk and coceige are very nice ans willing to help, but room service is the worst I ever saw before. If hotel can improve room service part to refill the same number of towel and water bottles, mamy complaints should be easily avoided.

GGuest UserHotel location is the perfect for Subway travelers as it’s less than 5 minutes walk. Hotel staff are very cooperative and they provide their best service. Cleaning is everyday happens. Breakfast is average but you could find a way to enjoy it. Night clubs might cause a problem at levels up to 3. They provide luggage service and it is done professionally. My stay was perfect despite very little issues
