Amazing Stay — Definitely Worth It! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel and honestly, everything was better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt comfortable, smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights. It was very convenient to get around, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and places to visit nearby. I didn’t have to spend too much time travelling around, which made the whole trip much easier, especially when I had a packed itinerary. As for the room, I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The room was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably, and everything was well arranged. The bed was also really comfortable, which was honestly important after a long day of travelling and walking around. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom and sleeping area were. I also have to mention the cleanliness because this was one of the things I noticed immediately. The room felt fresh and properly maintained when I arrived. Towels, bedsheets and the bathroom were all clean, and the overall environment felt very comfortable. It’s always nice when you can come back to your hotel after a tiring day and just relax without worrying about anything. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were happy to help. The service felt professional but still warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also really nice. It felt comfortable and relaxing without being too formal. Whether you’re travelling alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, I think this hotel would be a great choice. It’s the kind of place where you can actually look forward to coming back and resting after a long day outside. For the price, I honestly think the hotel offers great value for money. You get a comfortable room, good service, a convenient location and a pleasant overall experience. Of course, every hotel may have small things that could be improved, but personally, nothing during my stay affected my overall experience. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay without spending too much. Definitely one of the hotels I’d happily come back to! 9/10 ⭐️

We booked a triple room for a private bathroom even though we’re just a couple. The room is big but the bathroom is a letdown. It’s a makeshift one that is built at the corner of the room with flimsy basin and its difficult to shower and maneuver when using the toilet at its very small.  Not advisable for tall person too. As it’s a makeshift, the water ran out from the corners so its soaking wet at the entrance of the bathroom. It’s not senior friendly if you are assigned a room at the 2nd level as the stairs are made of steel which becomes slippery when wet.

1st night due to late check-in after 10pm, when I ready to rest on bed already 12am midnight, then I found my body felt itchy and check the blanket and the bed sheet were stained and looks like didn't change, felt uncomfortable. Due to late night, I didn't call the hotelier to change all these, I have not choice but to were long pants and use the bath towel to cover my body and sleep. 2nd day morning complaint to the receptionist asked for change to new set. In the evening when I returned to the room, bed sheet and blanket already changed new set.

I booked a 4-person family room (with 2 beds) on the first floor for 2 nights. During checkout, the cleaning staff on the second floor were so loud it was impossible to relax. It really disturbed our rest because both the first and second floors have wooden flooring. However, the room walls were well soundproofed, so we didn't hear our neighbors. The beds were decent and comfortable enough. The shared bathroom wasn't too bad. The best part, though, was its location in the Street Art area, very close to the 'Children on a Swing' and 'Kids Playing Basketball' murals. We could walk there anytime, which was super convenient. It's also near the Chew Jetty Food Court. This is a great area to stay in. For future stays, I'd recommend booking a room on the second floor with a balcony.

I stayed at Swing & Pillows @75 Muntri in a queen-size room and had a good overall experience for the price. The bed was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the shared bathroom was clean. The location is easy to find, with nice streets and surroundings to explore nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and fresh the place felt. The facilities are excellent for a budget stay, including a microwave, fridge, water dispenser, and a small kitchen for guests. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from other guests can be easily heard, especially doors and footsteps at night. The staircase is also narrow and requires some caution. Overall, AQ offers great value for money and is a good choice for budget travelers, as long as you don’t mind some noise.

Staying in the heart of George Town, Penang, offers a nostalgic step back in time. My guesthouse was tucked away on a remarkably quiet side street, providing a peaceful escape from the city’s usual roar. However, just a short stroll away, the neighborhood transformed into a vibrant local night market, filled with the aroma of sizzling char kway teow and bright neon signs. The accommodation itself was modest. My room was quite small, suited strictly for one person, and the dim lighting created a moody, old-world atmosphere that felt like a movie set. Like many traditional heritage shophouses, the bathroom and toilets were located outside the room, shared among all guests. While simple, the central location and authentic local vibe made it a memorable stay.

I mean what could possibly ask for a lot with this price but the location is convenient after all.The room is small & the toilet is just mobile toilet and the hair dryer was broken when we stayed there but they came & replace it with a new one in the morning.Check in is easy just with passcode but it’s hard to contact to property on time actually.The bed was not too soft but it’s okay for travelers.Overall Clearly needs renovation since the room is dusty & hallway is quite smell.

The stay is rlly good but i recommend the hotel company to put do not disturb for those who doesnt want room cleaning service.. But after all a this is a rlly good experience!

Nice place. Upgraded since I was last there. Nice thick, firm and comfy mattresses. Nice to have independent sockets and lighting on each dorm bed. However, the single AC unit in the room is ineffective for the large room with 18 beds. A selection of fans would be a great addition to circulate to air. Reception is not 24hr.

The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find. My room was a bit close to the road, so it was quiet at night but a little noisy during the day. The rooftop is also a great spot for drying clothes.
