I requested a room with a Burj Khalifa view, and the staff were very helpful in arranging it. The night view was beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of options. Free parking was available. I stayed in early September, which is off-peak season, so the price was under 500, which was quite a good deal.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, had all the necessary amenities, and was very clean. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent with a wide variety of choices. Although it didn't apply to me, I noticed they offered gluten-free options for those with allergies. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates and less than a 10-minute walk to the metro. The staff were truly pleasant and highly professional. I'd especially like to thank the ladies at the restaurant who were always smiling and did their best to meet our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Dubai.

Good location hotel is average staff are ok only problem is lifts have to wait longer for lifts lobby is nice rooms have nice views of sheikh zayed road which is plus point overall best place to stay well connected to everywhere

Excellent experience. There's a shuttle bus to the exhibition and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely worth experiencing again!

Location: 10/10 Amazing, and good for our purpose. Just outside of downtown so we escape the ever worsening traffic jam. Pickup and dropoff was along a private driveway with ample space so there isnt a rushed feeling of having to quickly exit or enter the vehicles due to a backlog of cars behind. Dubai was a pretty intense city, so this was truly an oasis of calm. Ambiance and decor: 10/10 but this is a matter of personal taste. Very elegant and oozes old world luxury. Lots of marble, high ceiling lobby, truly a palatial experience. Rooms: 10/10 we were so comfortable we didnt want to leave. Massive beds, lots of space and strong air conditioning. Well maintained and very clean with evening turndown service. Breakfast: 7.5/10 Very good breakfast and very functional. Mainly international and local dishes. Good enough for our purpose. Meal options: 6.5/10 This was a little bit of a letdown as the room service, and lunch menu at the restaurant and lobby lounge was quite basic and we had to search for lunch / afternoon meal options elsewhere. Maybe also because lunchtime traffic is not great. Service: 10/10 every porter, restaurant staff, reception staff, concierge conveyed a sense of warmth, and really remembered my name. Upon seeing us come back to the hotel with shopping bags or crates of local fruit, a trolley was immediately loaded and taken to our room. No questions asked. When we received a delivery just as we were about to go out, the porter immediately offered to take it to our room to save us the trouble of walking back to the room. I forgot his name, but he was from a place called Kandy in Sri Lanka. Special mention also to Isaac. Overall a 9.8 from me. I would stay again.

Excellent location if you want to be close to the metro, Dubai Mall, and Museum of the Future, all within walking distance. There's a supermarket in the underground mall across the street (not under the hotel). Fantastic views from the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows with wide stone sills. The rooftop offers postcard-perfect views of the Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Zayed Road. The rooms have a large fridge with a freezer in the kitchen; ours wasn't working, and they immediately brought a new one. There's an Indian restaurant and a club on the upper floors of the hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant is decent, you won't go hungry, and the staff is helpful. Outdoor parking is available. They don't provide transportation to the beach. In the lobby, there's a work area with a printer you can connect to yourself. It's a great option for a 1-4 day stay.

Excellent place to stay alot of restaurants nearby by grocery store staff over all well behaved well mannered and always in top of thier commitment, I had a minor IT issue at room the management provided me a better accommodation with in no time of the reported issue, front desk. Personal to. Cleaning team all well behaved honest and provided their best, I will always recommend this place for stay both for quality of hospitality and services though it's bit costly due to. Season but all is well worth

Good hotel near mall of the emirates The room was spacious. However, I noticed that the hotel is a bit old and could use some renovation. The furniture also needs to be updated. One thing I particularly didn’t like about the room was the unpleasant smell. Compared to other hotels in the same category and price range, I would say this hotel was average.

The hotel's service attitude was quite poor. We booked two twin beds but were given a king-size room. They insisted that this was their standard room type. We stood firm and demanded two separate beds. Then, they charged us an additional 2900 local currency for two nights, which is equivalent to 5000 RMB – what a rip-off! Thankfully, Ctrip intervened and got them to refund half the amount. Ctrip is also planning to compensate me for the other half.
