Fairmont is a well-known hotel. Firstly, we found cockroaches in the room during our stay. Secondly, after we checked out, we discovered that our hotel was overcharged. A manager at the front desk named ehab behaved very badly after we explained the whole ins and outs to another staff member, Merlyn. Service attitude and no intention of helping. Even on the phone while we were working on a problem. Not very understanding. I wanted to formally complain but he said he was the manager so there was no way to complain.

Had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel staffs were very friendly and accommodative. The hotel is near The future museum and Burj Khalifa. Definitely a great stay! Enjoyed it!
