recently had the pleasure of staying at the Al Hamra Village Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, for a period of 3 to 6 weeks. I was very impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the area. Hotel is beautiful and nice room are very good the hotel we really enjoyed the trip thanks for housekeeping staff and service...the property is impressive the location is beautiful had a fabulous time with my family.. room cleaning was amazing...

This place is a gem for families. Wish we booked for longer but due to our schedule we only spent 2 nights here. The location is beautiful the staff are friendly. We stayed with bed & breakfast which was lovely. The other guest were also very nice. My daughter where’s the burquini and felt very comfortable in the environment. I on the other hand do not but also felt comfortable. We were at the hotel in early July so it was super hot. The only critical thing was when on the balcony you cannot keep your room door open due to the moisture of the sea. Otherwise excellent I would definitely recommend

Amazing staff specially Recepiton team and thanks for Mr. Ahmed , Nader and 2 filipino ladies really all of them a role model for hospitality and how they are care about guests . Also good advantage for beach access in Hilton resort. Sure will come again. Thank you!

hotel is very comfortable and clean. houseskping staff very freindly and helpful..shahara cafe was amazing food served was very nice..lifegaurd at pool was so helpful and pool water was well temperted and clean..hotel area was soo quite and peace . overall my stay my superb.

We chose the Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, to celebrate my wife's birthday. One night in the desert to relax, in-between the beautiful but hectic environment that is Dubai. I have to mention Mr Anup Kumar, who was continuously in touch with me from the moment I made the reservation until after we left. When I asked him about any special arrangements that could be made for my wife's birthday, he proposed several ideas over the span of multiple days, which were gladly accepted. We enjoyed a luxurious limousine transfer from Dubai to the resort and a special BBQ dinner way out in the desert with private chefs. Everything was so personalised, with extreme attention to detail -- no corners were cut, which is very commendable! I told my wife during the golf cart ride that Mr Kumar made all the arrangements and he was so kind to say it was all my idea ;-) On our day of departure we were told this was the first time they had organised something like this, which certainly made us feel special, but it is amazing what they were able to put together with limited time and experience. And then I didn't even mention the villa we stayed in yet, which by itself was so spacious and luxurious, anything one could ever need. They even told us we could keep the hats provided :-) In the morning we enjoyed a floating breakfast in the pool with the BEST eggs benedict ever! We had many highlights during our holiday in Dubai, but staying at this resort is surely one we'd like to repeat!

Great customer service by muktar and fatar. The room is clean and those staff is very kind. and helpful. I will book see view room front off room there's is bbq facilities have we will enjoy with make bbq . Really I liked this place evrry wekend I will come this resort.I will recommend to others friends

During my stay at one of their beautiful, clean villas, I had a wonderful experience. The staff, management, and the villa are very well maintained. You will feel as if you are staying at home. The location is highly recommended! For sure I will make reservation at this place when I am back to RAK :)

We stayed in the family Villa with pool view. The staff all around the hotel were amazing, assisting us at all times and making sure our stay was most comfortable. They have many pools situated at different locations around the hotel but the pool where we stayed has the coldest temperature which was perfect for this hot weather. You can hop on a buggy to get around or take a stroll to any place in the hotel. The beach is calm and perfect for a relaxing time. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was a wide variety and the food was excellent.

The sink in the bathrooms is not the best both quality and sanitary wise Excellent facilities and good customer service. Very good handling of the staff at the breakfast time, although always busy, the waiters never leave any guest unattended.
