Super boutique hotel with just 35 tents, all facing the sea.. the service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly. Breakfast was super tasty and personalised. Gopal the buggy boy and Mohammed and Binood on the beach were very friendly and helpful. I would 100pct visit back. Just one suggestion for management. The sea is devoid of any life.. so may be near the rocks, you can plant some artificial corals, it will greatly enhance the sea life and experience of guests.. its also a good thing to do. Also avoid plastic bottles.. I used up over 20 during my stay and didn't feel good about it.

Been here for nine nights and have to say of the many top hotels we have stayed at around the world the Ritz Carlton Al Hamra Beach by far is the best. From asking for a early check in to being collected for our trip home the services has been amazing, the rooms and grounds around your villa are kept clean we have the pleasure of having Loenard & Auug making our room up every day and the art work we have had on our bed was the best we have ever seen. All the staff always had time to say hello and give you a warm welcome. The staff and food in the the Shorehouse again are unbelievable the team are always asking what you like and are more than happy making it to your liking, going to the length of asking you what you like and suggesting items that are not on the menu but asking the chefs to make it for you and we was not disappointed once. it is hard to mention names of all the staff for everyone of them went out of their way to please us but Alina, Aby, Deepu will be rememberd with great fondness. We definitely will return but leaving was like leaving family and friend’s behind.

When you want to write yet another excellent review on top of the previous 366 ones, you face a challenge. You can find other resorts comparable to this one when it comes to such a specific concept of the resort, the excellent design of the villas and secluded private garden areas with their own pools, the utmost level of privacy, the quality of food, etc. What really makes this resort stand out is the excellent service attitude of the team: whether at the reception, or at the restaurant, the beach, the spa, etc. Though, hiring great individuals with excellent service attitude alone is not enough; you need to make them work well as a team: to make this happen you need the management. In this resort, you see and feel the good management work behind the excellent service. So, dear fellow travelers, if you are about to make your choice and - for whichever reason - are still in some doubt, let me put your mind at rest: the team at this resort will take a very good care of you and make your stay nice, comfortable and relaxing. And lastly, having stated that the service is in general excellent, let me mention some names of the staff members at the restaurant who made some special impression on us: first of all, Rani is taking really good care of the guests. Moe, Deepu and Tun ensure smooth and attentive service. Special thanks go also to the General Mgr John Halliday!

Returned back to the UK on 25th September after another 2 weeks stay here, our 5th time of staying. Hotel is under the expert management, leadership and guidance of John Halliday. Besides being in an absolute gorgeous position on Al Hamra Beach, what makes this place so brilliant is the staff - each and every one of them have only one aim in life - to make your stay as superb and happy as possible and they do that in spades. Food & Beverage Manager “Mr Clark” has a superb team around him - from the kitchen to the restaurant floor to “In Villa Dining” There are many members of staff who truly go out of their way to “make your day” to mention a few - Mr Deepu Restaurant Supervisor - AB the best bartender in the UAE - then we have Alian & Moe our 2 most superb waitresses - every service was superb - we had numerous “Bubbles Parties” in our villa always accompanied by bowls of strawberries - thank you Mr Clark / Mr Deepu. Let’s not forget the gardeners very polite and friendly while keeping the grounds beautiful. Please visit you will not be disappointed for sure - Dave & Gill

We had nothing short of an outstanding experience at the Ritz. Right from check-in until check-out every staff had provided us with a personal experience. Felland and Juilie were very professional and considerate during the check-in//out process. Gopal had provided an excellent orientation and was very mindful of our daughter and the fact that my wife was pregnant. I would like to highlight the outstanding service from Jiyas throughout our stay. His conscientious and professional service really made a huge difference to our stay. The whole team at the restaurant (Clark, Atul, Arun) had gone out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Srijana at the kids club made sure our daughter was engaged enabling us to spend some time with each other. Nidhin and Jiyas ensured they made some south indian breakfast for our daughter since she did not eat much on the first day - and this wasn't requested- it was just noticed and really came as a surprise to us and the food which we all devoured! Amir was kind enough to drive us thorughout the resort and showed us a higher category vacant villa on our request . The bed and pillows were one of the best i'd every experienced. Very comfortable. The Diptyque toiletry was great too! The privacy of the villas and the design was so well thought of. The TV's could be more modern. The fitness centre is very basic. We are really looking forward to our next stay here and I must reiterate that the whole level of experience is only because of the level of service from all the staff which makes it your money's worth!
