The hotel service is very good, the environment, the service, nothing to say. Outside the hotel (not near the hotel, very far away about 3 kilometers) I was learning how to tie a headscarf in the car, and a Saudi man came to help me with the headscarf. I didn't know he was the hotel manager at the time, and I found out that he was the hotel manager when I returned to the lobby. He was really enthusiastic. All the employees were very friendly and polite. But there was a woman with an Asian face who was really not good. She didn't even say hello.

The hotel upgraded our room for free, which was great. The environment was also great. However, when I checked out, they charged me twice for the room, which I find incomprehensible. I used my credit card as a deposit when booking the room, and then I paid for the room at the check-out site. I checked the bill, confirmed it, and then swiped the card. I also asked Ctrip customer service and staff, and they all said that there was only one bill and that they would not charge me repeatedly. When I left and arrived at the airport, they charged me again for the room. If the customer doesn't pay attention, the loss is their own.

I wanted to give a bad review. First of all, I spent so much money, but on the day of check-in, the room card could not open the door. After entering the house from the back door, the air conditioner of the house was broken. I stayed in the house without air conditioning for nearly an hour, and the room card was not delivered. Since I had an appointment to join the tour at 4:30 pm, I had no choice but to walk back to the office. When I came back in the evening, I found that the air conditioner was still not fixed. A worker came to take a half-day off and finally asked me to wait. After I waited for nearly half an hour, another employee came and said that they wanted to change the room. Don't get me wrong, I was not upgraded. It was still the same size of the house, and this time there was no room card, and I used the key directly. But I want to sincerely thank Mr. Salah Albluwi and his team and Mr. Saad for their help. My car was punctured on the second day, and they helped me fix it under the scorching sun. Thank you very much. If it weren't for their help, I would definitely give the hotel a bad review of one point! To be honest, the environment is very good! But the two things about the key and the air conditioner really disappointed me! It was originally a perfect trip, but it became ordinary!

The overall stay experience was very good. The room type was upgraded for free. The room that originally did not have a swimming pool now has a swimming pool. I was very happy. The canyon swimming pool is beautiful. The Maraya Concert Hall is directly opposite the room, which was a surprise.

The swimming pool is very photogenic, and the ceiling of the desert luxury hotel is very good. The room is very large and the food in the restaurant is also very good! Very good! It is a must-visit attraction in Alula! !
