The rooms were immaculate, and the resort’s overall ambiance was both welcoming and sophisticated. The proximity to local attractions was a game-changer, allowing me to effortlessly explore the area without the hassle of long commutes. The room was nice. We traveled in the off-season and booked the whole place. The swimming pool was very good. It was one of the few hotels in AlUla with large green plants. We booked a room with dinner. We ordered dinner in the restaurant. Each person could order appetizers, soup, main course, and dessert. We chose one from each category. The breakfast was buffet style and it was delicious!

The room was smaller than expected. If you go to the restaurant for breakfast early, you can only order food, not buffet. I am not used to it. The next day, I went at 7:30 and it was a buffet breakfast, which was quite rich. You can call a shuttle bus in the hotel. I waited for 20 minutes before leaving. The front desk called several times and kept urging me. They kept saying that they were on the way. There was less than 500 meters in total. If it wasn't for the sandy land with luggage, they wouldn't have called the shuttle bus. In the end, I couldn't wait and walked halfway with my luggage before the shuttle bus came. There were also strange animals in the room.

The hotel environment is first-class, and it feels like living in a canyon. The package included in the hotel breakfast and dinner is quite affordable, and both breakfast and dinner are a la carte.

Very beautiful hotel, good service, rich breakfast, and a very good environment. There is a minibus at the front desk to send to the room. The pick-up is available on call, and they are all very polite. I enjoy staying in the hotel. It would be best if the price could be cheaper. The staff are very good at English. When traveling in this city, you must rent a car online in advance and pick up the car directly at the airport, otherwise it is very expensive to take a taxi. Breakfast and dinner are included

The hotel is in a good location, close to Elephant Rock, Art Center, Hegra and Ula. The room is big, but the decoration is not luxurious enough. Breakfast is ordered, not many varieties, but it is full. There are European and Arabic meals to choose from. It is a small villa in the valley. The outdoor swimming pool is good. The gym is good. More cost-effective than the other two luxury hotels.
