Waad Al Ula Hotel is a well maintained, spotless, cozy friendly place to stay while visiting Al Ula. The rooms are large, with a sitting area, little kitchenette. The bed is very comfortable, had great nights sleep. Great for any time of groups, family friendly, solo travellers. Great public spaces, roof top views are amazing. A well manicured little garden in the back where you could sit outside was really nice to enjoy a morning coffee. Service is personalised, very helpful and accommodating. Khalid Khafagy the owner , demonstrated great hospitality, generosity, Helping with other arrangements including guided visits of the sites in Al Ula. He is very knowledgeable and offered impeccable local knowledge, insiders look. I highly highly recommend staying at Waad Al Ula Hotel for guests groups, families, solo travellers, couples. Very satisfied with this trip to Oita on Ctrip. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out that the hotel swimming pool was broken and could not be used. However, after communicating with Ctrip customer service, Ctrip asked the hotel to upgrade our room type for free.

What a great house. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are all available. The breakfast service attitude is great! Breakfast is also delicious! Parking is also very convenient, and it is also convenient to go to old town and winter park, only half an hour. We really enjoyed our trip to AlUla!

Compared to the Banyan Tree, the facilities are a bit outdated, but the service and the sanitary environment are great! The hotel also has many interesting experiences and facilities, such as trampolines, swings, starry sky cinemas, valley yoga, etc...
