We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham this past weekend. The Valet drivers were friendly and speedy with retrieving our car every time. Marcia at the front desk did an excellent job giving us suggestions of things to do around the city. Breakfast was hot and tasty.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Marcia's outstanding customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Marcia made sure we had everything we needed, from extra towels to great restaurant recommendations. Her professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression on us. If you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, this is the hotel to choose. Marcia's service was the highlight of our stay!

Great meeting place! Family had plenty to do at the adjacent indoor mall with its large food court while I was in the meetings.

Overall a nice place. Location felt a little cramp for driving in and out. Entrance and exit to parking was extremely tight to maneuver. Convenient for coming off of interstate and having a large mall attached was wonderful.

Jaylen, was very helpful and very courteous and considerate, I wish more hotels had more young men like this, this young man is a real go getter, and was a pleasure to deal with. I see him going places in life. Thank you for making this a pleasant stay for me.
