"My card was charged an amount that wasn't included in the price. We checked out a day early and spoke with the manager, who told us there would be no charge. Either Trip or the hotel misled us, as the manager of a Marriott (not just any hotel) told us we would be charged. It was a good stay, but a very bad experience with Trip and the hotel due to the charge and their failure to honor the agreement."
