Hotel ligt op een perfecte locatie, de schoonmaak van de kamers kan beter. Nogal veel stof. Het ontbijt is goed en gevarieerd.

We booked a rom with sea view but we did not get this. The room was not clean. We stayed only one night and it was enough.

Sardar front desk was very nice and helpful. I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff very rude. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but didn’t NOT all the food was covered with flies.
Our room was very great big size with amazing view. The bathroom needs updating.

Great hotel right on the beach in Alanya. Rooms are confortable and clean with balcony and a sea view. Lovely restaurant and bar, staff extremely freindly and helpful. Great Sunday brunch! Car parking is difficult and you need to be sure there is no fee for parking in the streets off the main road, but managed to get close enough.

First we stayed one night at envie beach which was terrible. Dirty crabby room, A lot of noise and no quilt on the bed. The next day we complained, and the staff moved us to buyuk hotel at the other side of the street - same owner. Buyuk was slightly better, but one of the rooms was stinking from the drains in the restroom. We complained about it twice to the staff, but nothing happened. The coffee machine was constantly out of service at the breakfast buffet. This trip was for work, but if I went there for Holliday I would have gone really mad. So bottom line, don’t book this hotel or envie beach if you want a nice, calm, clean and smooth holiday.

Otel konum ve manzara olarak guzel. Kahvaltisini da cok begendim ancak en basit seylerden bile para kazanma hirsi cok rahatsiz etti. Havlu parali, saat 10:00 kahvalti bitiyor 10:01de bir bardak cay istiyorsunuz parali. Kahvem sert olsun diyorsunuz ekstra para aliriz diyorlar. Bu tutum beni rahatsiz etti. Ozellikle Turk musterilerine daha olumsuz yaklastiklarini dusunuyorum. Ozet olarak kendimi misafir gibi hissettirmedi.
