"Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. Everything went downhill right from our arrival. Check-in was officially at 2:00 PM, but since we arrived around 5:30 or 6:00 AM, the hotel demanded an extra €85 just for us to check in a few hours early. I was genuinely shocked by this. When we finally got into our room, we were even more disappointed. The room looked more like a hostel dorm than a hotel room. To top it off, the bedsheets were stained with blood. That was the first shocker on day one. In the following days, we discovered that the cleanliness was also a catastrophe. The room wasn't properly cleaned and smelled unpleasant the entire time. The cleaning staff did a superficial job, but stains and dirt were not removed at all. Even the towels, which should have been fresh, were dirty and full of stains. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. It was an utter disaster and one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. I'm from Germany myself and was looking forward to a nice, relaxing vacation. Instead, the entire stay was simply outrageous. Normally, I'm not someone who intentionally wants to harm a business. I pointed out the flaws to the hotel multiple times and told them they should fix them. However, if nothing changes, I feel compelled to share my experiences online and warn others – especially my fellow Germans – about this hotel."

"A nice new hotel. The rooms are clean. The staff is very polite. The sea is within walking distance. It's far from the center; you can take bus number 1. The breakfast is delicious, but repetitive. There's no iron, which is also inconvenient. And for some reason, you can't leave your luggage at reception when you check out; that's really inconvenient!!!!!! The flight is 9 hours away, so you can't go for a walk."

They have aircons in room but want you to pay £70 extra to turn it on i mean come on its turkey 33 Degreees what hotel doesnt provide free air con or fridge honestly was a joke they do try to blame the provider you book with but yet still in parthner with them no information before booking that there wont be thosr facility available there was no where to mention that it was additional fee very misleading information provided from both companies Travel republic and Gallion hotel. There is NO WIFI seriously nothing works in the rooms only outside in kitchen area i mean no one going stay down there to connect. It has been a very misleading experience everyone at hotel will do anything to extra charge you or adk for additional chargers the WORST hotel in alanya even a 1* hotel would of been better. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"

"Our room was supposed to be an apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Well, it was, but the view was blocked by a large conifer. The cleaning was good in our apartment. The room was dirty and the curtains were partially hanging off the curtain rod. The food was quite good but unfortunately cold."
