Overall, everything was great: a clean, comfortable family room with a great view, excellent access to the sea, delicious and varied food, and a wonderful entertainment program. The only cocktails we liked were at our hotel. At the neighboring Royale, the Buddha bartender, seeing our bracelets, was dismissive and mixed some crap. We poured them out, didn't even want to drink them, and we didn't want to go back. Other than that, the rest of the staff was great; they were helpful and friendly."

"We stayed at this hotel with our family in July 2026 for 12 nights and we were extremely disappointed.. We paid a lot of money for our Holliday but in our opinion this hotel was no where near worth the price. The food was very very repetitive lacked variety and was often tasteless. The entertainment was absolutely terrible. There were even evenings when there was no entertainment programme at all. For a family resort this is simply unacceptable. My 11-year -old daughter was extremely bored throught our stay. The housekeeping was also disappointing. Entertainment is a very important part of a family holiday and good entertainment can make a huge difference. I honestly regret choosing this hotel. In my opinion significant changes are needed starting with the hotel management; entertainment management and head chef.. This hotel did not deliver the quality;service or entertainment. MY ADVICE TO OTHER FAMILIES;; AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"This is a nice hotel, and like it says it’s a city hotel. It’s very close to many bars and restaurants and plenty of shops. And walking distance to a large beach which was very nice. Just a couple of issues with the hotel. On our 7 night stay our room was only cleaned once and we had to ask for fresh towels. / toilet rolls. The all inclusive food was plenty but hot food was lukewarm and I suffer from a nut allergy and nothing showed if nuts were present in any foods. The outdoor pool is predominantly in the shade and when the sun does appear it got very busy. Staff were quite stand offish. We were also told before our trip that we could use the amenities at the sister hotel a 10 min walk away. This is untrue you can only visit the hotel in the evening for the animation programme. I would not return to this hotel , I think there are plenty of better hotels in the area."

"Unfortunately bad experience. I paid extra for breakfast. Breakfast not even available now in March, restaurant closed. And hotel sells breakfast for 8€ (Agoda). No warm water in shower, not even after 5 mins. Next to hotel new building construction has just started resently. I do NOT recommend this hotel 2026 due to construction works 20m from backjard/pool."

"We got a free upgrade on room, as we had problems booking our preference at time of booking. The hotel itself was clean and room was lovely and spacious. Reviews on food are fair, the food itself is nice, however little choice. For a 5 night stay this was ok, any longer and I think you would be looking to eat elsewhere. The pool area was nice, however in the height of season I think you would struggle to get a lounger. Transfers were 3 hours there and 4.5 hours back (collected at 9am, for a 4pm flight!!). Conversing with trip advisors, one contact given at the airport, the other part of the hotel. I wouldn't particularly recommend either on pricing. Also note, that one of the trips (waterfall) is 4.5 hours away, so be careful when booking unless you enjoy spending a day on a bus. Beware, we were given a price for spa and when we went to the appointment they wanted to change the currency, meaning we would have paid an extra £10 than what was agreed. We went to leave, as I don't like to feel conned. They gave us at the price initially agreed. The massage and hammam were fantastic, just left a bad taste after the initial experience and the up selling at the end. A shop tried to charge 150 Turkish lira for two stamps that clearly marked as 45 lira each!!! Left there too. Paid 81 lira in the post office for one stamp. Cable cars were £12 each (we were told £6). However, would highly recommend, it is quite amazing at the top, you could easily spend a day there (take snacks and water). The beaches at Alanya are absolutely stunning. Toilets at the beach are card only and no price is shown!! Overall had a lovely stay, we would not return, purely due to the transfer times and the choice of food."
