"We booked a two-night stay at the hotel, and they put us in a two-room suite with a separate bedroom in the attic. The room was comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view, a table, and comfortable outdoor chairs. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was hot water. We liked it and extended our stay for another three nights. Cleopatra Beach is very close; just walk down the street and you're at the beach, literally 5 minutes. One thing I'd like to point out is that the hotel itself is located on a hill, and the last 200 meters can be difficult for those with disabilities. There's also no elevator. Cons: there's no drinking water upon check-in, but you can buy it at reception. The hotel doesn't provide soap, shampoo, or body wash; bring your own. Our internet was very slow. All these cons are minor compared to the pros, so I definitely recommend it."

"We had a wonderful three days. We even considered rebooking and extending our stay, but it wasn't our chance. Everything was top-notch. From the staff to the breakfast, dinner, and dessert, everything was excellent. Not a single item we ordered was delicious. I'm not exaggerating, I assure you. Breakfast was absolutely adequate and delicious. Other meals are available for an extra charge, and the prices are the same as those we ate out. We'd like to thank Ece and Murat for their attentiveness in the restaurant. The reception staff also gave a warm welcome; our luggage was promptly retrieved from the parking lot and brought to our room. The room was clean and adequate, and the beds were larger and more comfortable than usual. The furnishings were new. The hotel opened a year ago. There are more than enough sun loungers by the pool; it's never too crowded anyway. The view from the fitness center is fantastic. The absence of children is wonderful; you really feel rested. There are a few negative points: 1- The gym equipment wasn't properly installed, and the cables weren't usable. Also, the air conditioning in the gym needs to be running constantly, even if it's not intense. When I went there on my first day, it felt like a Turkish bath. 2- Upon arrival, the lady at the reception desk said, ”Orders from outside are not welcome when the restaurant is open.” Instead, I think it would be nicer if guests were made to understand that the prices are the same as outside. We don't think there's any need to mention it outside anyway. 3- The beach was pretty dirty. We hardly ever went in. The tour boats that come in bring both waves and dirt. People arriving by boat also flock in. It's not very convenient. 4- The sand and stones at the bottom of the pool should be cleaned daily."

"This hotel is adequate, clean and the staff is responsive and very helpful. I was double booked elsewhere by mistake and asked if I could cancel and receive a refund which was refused which might seem unfair but that was a term of the contract so they were right to be able to do that. It’s not like they were overbooked. Later, they were conducting renovations through the hotel brought on at that time by city construction work outside so their scheduling was out of their control and I was able to be refunded the remaining 2 days very pleasantly. I would stay here again. ."

"Travelled to Alanya very last minute so booked this hotel on the same day I travelled. Price was extremely reasonable! Arrived to a much larger room than I expected which was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to any one staying within the area."

"1. Огромная территория. Чистая, ухоженная. Парковка большая. 2. Большой пляж, много лежаков. 3. Различные развлечения включая баскетбольную площадку и 2 теннисных корта. 4. Разнообразное питание, вкусно. Мороженное 4 часа в день дают, всегда в наличии. 5. Хорошие коктейли алкогольные и безалкогольные. 6. 3 бассейна на улице, 1 крытый. 7. В Спа-уентре разнообразные программы. 8. Массажистки турчанки, некоторые делают массаж хорошо, но балийки лучше. Одна массажистка была, как первый раз пришла. 9. Номера и сам отель требуют ремонта, не современный, стиль 80-х годов, как построили, так и не переделывали. Видно, что постоянно красят деревянные окна. В лифте дверь самому открывать надо. В целом все аккуратно, но нужно обновлять. 10. На удивление везде на территории работал отлично Wi-Fi."

"Have spent two October days at the hotel with his wife and a little child. The apartments left a very good impression! Clean, beautiful, comfortable, spacious rooms and a balcony on which it is nice to sit in the evening. The room had everything necessary except perhaps some small things like a rag or sponge. Location in the center of the city, which is very convenient - in the walking availability both the beach, the port and the mountain with a fortress. The cafe on the first floor is a Cafe Local, with good range and affordable prices (especially relative to the nearby restaurants). Relatively close there are some Migros. "В целом положительны впечатления, достаточно чисто, бассейн небольшой приятный ! жили на 4 этаже вайфай хороший в номере , вот у бассейна его уже нет, душевая кабина конечно не для крупных людей, в номере нет чайника это неправильно! Полотенца не меняли , уборку не делали ,для меня не критично, про шампуни нужно напоминать завтраки как перекус подойдут : яйцо ,чай ,джем, хлеб , сыр"
