I was so pleasantly surprised at the high standard of this nicely decorated hotel. Everything that is annoying to tourists in Turkey charged as extras was taken care of. Such as safety deposit boxes and a kettle in the room.
For the overall nightly cost this was an amazing find. Staff were all wonderful. Nice lobby and internet working everywhere. Everything needed for a comfortable stay and great central location, walking distance to all Alanya areas
I would not hesitate to stay again. Add this hotel tomyour favourites for future use.

Reception staff were fine but the restaurant waiting staff are downright bad and not professional at all. They were more concerned with their phones than with the guests, sat with their hands in the food and openly ate the guests' food. They also made a lot of jokes among themselves and made fun of each other. Scandalous.
