The reception lady was very harsh and even though we had agreed on a double bed, the bill was for one person by combining the beds and glossing over the incident. Unfortunately, Grand Okan, which I went to twice, surprised me this time.

This hotel is great, German management, it goes without saying. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The price in December is not bad, and in the peak season, the hotel is of course expensive. The room is great, everything works fine, the room has a balcony, the room has internet. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was impeccable and I had half board. The food selection is great and everything is delicious. The sea is nearby, across the road. The center is also very close, a little over a kilometer. I recommend the hotel.

We stayed as a couple and have been to Alanya several times searching for the right hotel. We found it. Amanda and all of her staff are the friendliest people we have met in a hotel. All guests are friendly. Amanda has the holiday experience down to a T. Our only issue was overcharged regularly through pool bar and evening drinks. We found out this was a regular issue through other guests - reception did say there was a problem with systems. Drink prices are expensive and I would advise to not buy there and just purchase water. The staff I have to stress are amazing, they are so friendly and always make sure to have a conversation and make all guests feel comfortable. We would have liked to have seen a little more entertainment. Mountain View was amazing and the street view was so interesting.

Once again this Hotel was amazing. Amanda you are a credit to this hotel and all your staff. Lovely and clean. Food fabulous. Location is fantastic. Beach just across a road (1min) from hotel. Plenty of shops and restaurants/bars around. Main ***** is about 15 min walk or by taxi approx 250tl. WiFi available everywhere if you ask them to log you in. Went with my partner and invited another couple who agreed hotel was fantastic. Would we all come back again. Yes we would

We stayed August 2023. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean, room service is fantastic. Lots of food choice. Having crohns disease, I never struggled to eat. The aqua aerobics was fun. We had a roadside balcony but not too noisy. Evening entertainment was great, karaoke, singing and Turkish dancing. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are clean and beautiful. Traffic is loud and you can hear it in the night, hard to sleep. Room charge.. Prepare to pay many extra waters you haven't drink. At the beach you don't get youre changemoney back unless you ask it 3 times and finally demand it.

Fab hotel great staff home from home in a great location. Great food and G.M. Amanda couldn’t be more helpful Rooms were spotless and spacious lovely pool area and the breakfast buffet is exceptional I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit

I’ve stayed here on two separate occasions over the last few week. On arrival the first time i got in at the early hours after a long days travelling. Booked in and the amazing staff managed to put some food together for me which i thought was excellent. The rooms are perfect, mine overlooking the pool area with a sea view. With the switch of a button you can have your room cleaned daily which is always great to get back to. The buffet breakfast is perfect, with warm welcoming staff, always there to be of service. Our host Amanda was just delighted to greet me on my return after looking after me so very well the first time. Nothing is a problem here. It’s always lovely to have a familiar face when visiting Alanya and the team here are just that. Oh, and all drinks were half price from 8:30-9:30 every evening too. Trust me you’ll want to stay! Well done to you all. And Alanya, the Turkish Riviera is truly a wonderful place to visit.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, very clean and managed so professionally. Staff is very friendly and kind. The rooms are comfortable, the view is amazing. Only 2 min Walking from the beach. Food is delicious, plenty of variety for everyone. The location is also great. We couldnt ask for more. I would definately come back again and recommend it to families and business people.

Our 3rd visit after 7years and The Grand Okan did not disappoint. Such a friendly place to stay with staff that speak many languages, offering exceptional service and care. All areas are always immaculate and attention to detail from bedrooms made special to fresh juice in reception. The food choices at breakfast and dinner are plentiful with good selection on offer. My favorite would be cherry pancakes in the morning and you must try the soup and fresh bread of an evening, I wish I knew how they make soup taste so good! I have come this year with health an mobility problems. Many things have been organised for us to make life more manageable. I would like to give special thanks to the manager Amanda who arranged our private Airport transfers, private trips out, doctors and dental care. Nothing is trouble. A special mention also to the bar staff Ekrem,Ersin and Serjen its like meeting old friends. The position of hotel is close to main town, castle and harbour but very relaxed.Also right on the beautiful Kleopatra beach. Another fantastic time!❤️

Just returned from another wonderful stay at the Grand Okan. This was our first time we have returned to the same hotel more than twice & credit to Amanda (manager) & all the team for making us both wanting us to return. From the moment our transfer coach dropped us at the Grand Okan it felt we were home from home. The Grand Okan is well run under the guidance of Amanda whom is always available to help & make your stay as relaxing & enjoyable as possible. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean & I would like to add that the maids that clean the rooms work extremely hard & we had the pleasure of meeting Nurcan (our maid) ⭐️whom always greeted us with a big smile & good morning (gunaydin) which set us both up for our day & by far the best maid that we have ever had the privilege of meeting on any of our holidays anywhere. The Grand Okan is ideal for relaxing & exploring Alanya with all amenities close by. KLEOPATRA beach , cable cars ,dalmatas caves & Alanya castle as well as the Green Beach Restarant which is situated on the beach opposite the hotel. Outside the hotel you have the local dolmus (bus) that comes every 15 minutes if you would like to venture further as well as a taxi that is always there. The red fort & harbour are nearby which is a must to visit ( we did walk there as we like to walk) The main shopping bazaar is also nearby . If you like a relaxing holiday with things to explore & see then the Grand Okan is possibly the best hotel for everything you would need for your stay in Alanya. Thank you again so much to Amanda that makes us keep returning to this wonderful hotel . p.s Also we had paid extra for a sea view room which is well worth it if you like nice views & enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony ☕️☀️looking out at the nice views.
