Kleopatra Beach Hotel

my name is Gabi. We did not eat at the hotel during our stay at this hotel... There was a restaurant owner downstairs named Salim. We were there with my mother and boyfriend including breakfast. every single day. and this man sell us everything expensive. one orenge juice is 25 euro in turkey come onn !!? NOT EVEN ONE THIRD IN THE CITY CENTER. The rooms were very dirty.. The towels we used in my room for days were not changed. There was a man named Mehmet. I was constantly harassed by this man. this guy take us centrum and get from that shop commision after. He persistently wanted to sell me a disco tour and a boat tour. I told him many times that we dont wanted to buy it. But every dayy as soon as he saw us and he came to us like a magnet. Mehmet really doesnt deserve the money he earns from the thar otel. It is a shame that a hotel in such a beautiful location is this bad.

it was a very bad hotel. cockroaches in the room, the cleaner didn't clean and the food was terrible. food every day the same, meanwhile, the ransom bubble burst and everything. the cleaner didn't clean, and he never dusts the table. Bed linen and towels were not changed

very poor. this is not a four star holiday. the food was basic. we had to paid for the safe , also the internet sunbeds and parasol. We changed our room the first day , this was better but we had a shower that flooded the bathroom every day. we would not go to this hotel again , whoever rates these hotels needs to change the rating .

Pleasant hotel and very nice staff. The receptionist is very friendly and kind. The kitchen in the hotels is great. The services provided in the hotel are very good. I have already visited it four times. I was very satisfied. I am going to use it next year as well.

On arrival the receptionist didn’t speak any English at all so couldn’t understand anything. We eventually got to our room which was dated and had 1 plug socket. We did complain but the receptionist told us to come back in morning. After we did come back in the morning the manager moved us straight away and dealt with the situation promptly. The day time manager was great and I do feel sorry for him as he will have to deal with many problems. The food wasn’t great at all, I ate mostly salad and pasta. The food is catered for more Germans and Turkish not British at all. The executive chef walks around the dinner hall looks proud as punch but I don’t know why as the food is not good. Definitely new chef needed. There isn’t any entertainment, one night there was a singer in the dinner hall randomly. I’m not sure if this is because it’s out of season there isn’t any. The alcohol in the inclusive is cheap and they do not offer premium spirits for a price. The bar staff seem over worked and can’t even pour a pint with a top on it. The massages are good and would recommend. The room was cleaned everyday however our sheets weren’t changed the whole 10 days we were there, we ended up changing them ourselves we got some from the cleaning cupboard. The location is great, on the sea front and there is a little sports bar outside which does good food and premium drinks- can be expensive. You can do a lot of activities at the beach- paragliding, jet skis etc. Overall it is somewhere to sleep, we did eat out a few times but if you like salad and pasta you’ll be okay. The manager during the day is a credit to the hotel and the catering staff in dining hall are very quick and efficient. The hotel needs a complete revamp and definitely a new chef! I would return to the area but unfortunately not this hotel.
