Monart City Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

We were in Alanya and the hotel was amazing! Clean, friendly people, good food, nice rooms and pools… But the best thing was Heidy:) She’s working at the reception and even speak Finnish! She made our holiday unforgettable and we caan’t wait to bee there again!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making every moment enjoyable. The receptionist, always smiling and kind, truly enhanced the experience. I couldn’t have asked for better service – highly recommend this hotel for a flawless stay!

We had a comfort sea view room. Room was small and compact. In the bathroom the toilet was opposite the shower and couldnt sit on toilet without knees banging into shower cubicle. The sea view was a side sea view. But apart from how compact it was then the room was ok and was spotlessley cleaned every day. The hotel was super clean, always see staff cleaning in every part of hotel. Food was ok until both of us were hit by a bug as were at least 10 others within 24 hours of eating in restaurant on the Tuesday, so never ate at the hotel again for the rest of the holiday. Pools are much smaller than the pics. The back pool had sun loungers all round them but only 1 side had sun all day, another sidegot sun till 11am and rest were in shade all day. Front pool had sun most of the day but loungers crammed like sardines in a can. We stayed at the back pool most of the time, music was on very low and when someone turned it up, manager came out and turned it down saying they had had complaints. The beach was ok. Peebled beach and a very rough sea every time we went. Evening entertainment was much of a much for hotel, dancers, dj, bands but entertainment isnt on every night. There was no childrens entertainment. Drinks can vary from hotel to hotel but apart from the beer the rest of the drinks were either tasteless or undrinkable. Im actually glad i wasnt there for 2 weeks and couldnt wait to get home, which for us who like to holiday is unheard of. On the plus side i came home 2.5kg lighter Wouldnt go back, wouldnt recommend it for families

I booked it from reviews on here and their FB pages from last year and was expecting a fabulous time. But sadly a lot of reviews must be paid reviews or from people who have never been on holiday before

The hotel was great but the food wasn't so great example the breakfast didn't have sausage bacon and the rooms well the room we were in was very small and we couldn't move around in the room we should of had another bin in the room too and the hotel and staff were great

Been going to Monart City for about 6yrs now. LOVE this hotel! Has had a recent refurb which is outstanding, free wifi, the food suits all palettes and if not the snack bar is available. Special mention for Hotel Manager Petek for going above and beyond as usual!! Ali, Bob, Kadir, Xanib, Mehmet and Anriham for outstanding service at the pool Bar 👏🏼 it’s also nice to be recognised by the hotel managers and enquiring that everything is up to their highest standards. The hotel is SPOTLESS and a great big thank you to our room cleaners who were exceptional. Not once did I see an employee idle, booked to go back nxt year ❤️
