Hatipoglu Beach Hotel

The hotel is small but we like that. The rooms are dated but very neat. Everything is cleaned every day. The staff in the restaurant and at the bar are super friendly. The buffet is limited but tasty. Very good price-quality ratio. However, we requested a room with a sea view and paid extra for it, but did not receive it. The trees in the street are so high that you have to be on the fifth floor to see the sea. Not a problem in itself, but do not sell them as rooms with a sea view. For the rest, the hotel's location is very good, close to the shops and the beautiful Kleopatra beach. Had a great holiday.

The level of cleanliness is poor. The room had not been cleaned for some time. The fridge was not washed or emptied: leftover bottles of alcohol, chocolate paper. The trash cans are not emptied and the beds are not made every day. Difficult to open the shower door, you had to do it several times, making a lot of noise. The staff is not really friendly. The buffet is quite good and varied. Very well located hotel

I really liked the hotel! There are practically no Russians. The staff doesn’t speak Russian, except for the girl at the reception. The staff is polite and smiling. The room is wonderful: there is always water, cleaning is constant, they didn’t provide soap and shampoo, but we didn’t need it (I love everything that’s mine , so no complaints) The food for a three-star hotel is very good, there were 2-3 types of meat. Everything is fresh from the products! It’s 2-3 minutes to Cleopatra Beach through a park with fountains. It’s a 1-minute walk to the main street, where all the shopping and cafes are. For those who don’t like big hotels, this hotel is ideal! The hotel offers breakfast and dinner (drinks at dinner are paid). We would like to return to this hotel, which is calm and yet everything is nearby! Everything you need for a holiday without children (who needs a relaxing holiday)

Hotel.com was not willing to reimburse me and the hotel was 100% closed as a ghost building.

Hotel which is old, a lot of damage, everything very outdated, room for two adults and one child very small, third bed a folding bed, not recommended for three people in midsummer. Cleanliness was okay but could also be improved, as was the friendliness of the staff (except for the cook who prepared omelettes and fried eggs in the morning - very nice!)

A typical city hotel, our room on the 4th floor overlooking the sea was wonderful. Cleaned daily, fresh towels and toiletries. Air conditioning very quiet, new. The food is delicious, varied, everyone will find something for themselves. Various types of coffee and Turkish tea as well as juices and water for breakfast included. Very nice and helpful staff. After reporting that the hair dryer works poorly, it was easily replaced with a brand new one. The lift is small but works well. The pool is quite small but very clean and warm water. Free sunbeds always available. Pool open until dinner. In general, a hotel for couples, despite the fact that there is peace and quiet in the city. Spacious room with fridge. I recommend paying extra for those with the main sea view. Others have a side view. We would love to come back, great location. If you like beaches, sightseeing and not sitting all day by the pool at the hotel, this is the place for you.

I spent 11 days in this hotel with my fiancée. The first impression was terrible as the guest at the reception did not understand much English, luckily there are also other staff who speak the language better. On the first day of arrival, it was difficult to communicate without an interpreter. He served visitors for a long time and it would not be a problem if at least the air conditioning was on. At the reception desk on the ground floor, the air conditioning has never been turned on for 11 days and it is stuffy and you are immediately flooded with sweat. Also, just imagine waiting for the airport bus to Antalya. Half a day of sweat. The biggest plus in my opinion are breakfasts and dinners. We always found something to eat for ourselves. Every day the cook would make a fresh omelette at the request of the guests. Lots of salads, olives, sweet sauces, delicious fresh fruit to choose from. Sometimes it happened to eat fish, pancake's, often fries and other potato delicacies. There was also meat dish so there is nothing to complain about. For breakfast for free from the coffee machine there are various types of coffee and Turkish tea next to it. Regularly the staff cleaned up, added food, changed plates and took care of the guests' comfort. Rooms relatively clean, cleaned almost every day (but not thoroughly) and changed towels. Unfortunately often stained as well as bedding. The refrigerator was working. It's tiny, mostly for drinks. Klima failure. You can not set it so that it is appropriate, it is either too cold or too hot. At the end of the trip, the fiancée caught a cold. The air conditioning, which is the biggest misconception, is aimed right at the bed. There is an option to swing, but it doesn't do much, it still blows people a bit. There are no duvets or sheets for sleeping, but some hopeless bedspread that is irritating like some low-quality material. From the balcony (3rd floor) I had a nice side view of the headland and Alani castle. The area is good, quiet, close to the beach which is not sandy, as the tui wrote, but pebble. Sunbeds cheap at 2 euros per person. My overall room rating is 2.5 / 5
