Club Sidar Apart Hotel

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process. Their hospitality truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. Throughout my time at Apart Otel, the staff remained attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

Apartments: 1+1 (almost everything to cook provided), bedroom: 2 beds (ok, not supercomfy, just ok, turkish style bedding) + Cleaning every day, pools - School nearby (noise), still 10 mins walk to beach, chargeable: wi-fi, a/c, beach towels

Hi. We just had the most bad experience with this hotel. First of all when we say we book with ******* , they give us bad look and I think they don’t like you guys at all. We had to pay for internet, they had no shampoo and conditioner, no soap ، no salt,no dish soap, there bathroom smells so bad , you couldn’t even take a shower, If you wanted to go to the beach you had to buy towels or rent from them. Anyway it was the worst hotel ever. Was not happy at all. We are dealing with ******* over 15 years. And it’s not fair. We also have another complaint when we were renting our car in Italy, normally when we pay with American Express our car automatically has insured, but they took $450 Eu extra for Insuranc and they have to return that to us. Today we just got another hotel from you and when we came they have no elevator and they give us 3th floor with so many stairs. My husband has a disability issues and it was so hard until we came upstairs. Anyway we were very disappointed with all this booking.

Rooms a bit dated, but works. My room was facing a busy street and a bar with loud music till midnight. My wiev was directly into a tree 🙄 Nice breakfast Nice pool area, but loud music all day at the pool. Staff at restaurant very nice, the reception didn't recognize me at any point during the week (except for the receptionist who checked me in). Luggage storage after check out is just in the reception where anyone could walk in and take it, anywhere else I've been, it's been locked away. Restaurants and shops near the hotel, about 2 km to the centre (bazar area).

Molded bread served at the breakfast buffet. Extremely poor cleaning around the pool. Lack of system to serve food to the right customer in the restaurant. Lots of construction noise from the nearby construction site.
