Kleopatra Carina Hotel

Hotel Cleopatra Carina is 2 stars and you don't expect much from it. But this hotel surprised me, to put it mildly. I have been to different hotels, but this is the first time I have encountered this situation. First, upon check-in, they began to blackmail more money, even though the hotel had paid in full. We came up with an obviously effective solution. I'm sure they only do this to Russians. They told me that I paid 97 euros and the money arrived. You have to pay, for example, 970 lire. They just took similar numbers from the ceiling, obviously hoping that there would be someone in front of them who didn't understand anything. In fact, I paid in rubles, and the amount, even in Euros, is different. A very young guy at the reception asked me for money. I called Tripp. com, they are in the hotel, that's it. But the unpleasant residue still exists. The size of the room is 5.5 meters and almost only the bed is suitable. The same bathroom, no shower, only a 40x50 cm recess and a public curtain covering the shower and toilet. Obviously, it is necessary to sit on the toilet and wash your hands. In addition, there is an elevator next to my room, and the wall is shared. One day the elevator was repaired, and the sound of the drill bit was noisy all day. The hotel’s insulation is zero, the doors and walls are like cardboard, and every rustle outside the door can be heard. The only thing okay is the bed with a good mattress. Well, the location of the hotel, across the road is the excellent Cleopatra Beach.

I chose the hotel because it was advertised here at ******* under the pet-friendly category. I had my 3.5 kg miniature dachshund with me, the dog is well-behaved, sweet and clean. I also sent an email after booking online, but the booking was very short notice and I had not yet received a response. When I arrived at the hotel, I was turned away because of my little dachshund, and the payment that had already been made online was not even refunded.

Worst accommodation I have ever stayed at! So very unfresh, rude staff, they don't have good service AT ALL! Unhygienic everywhere, it was full of sand in the pool, thin walls that you could hear EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. It was hardly possible to sleep at night! The accommodation felt so unsafe and I will never come back again.

Dårlig service, sure og sinte arbeidere. Gammelt, mugg, vanskelig å låse seg ut og inn (ødelagt lås), utrygt ved nød,heis var super trang. Det var kun en eldre mann som hilste på utsiden av hotelet, vet ikke om han jobbet der. Styr unna dette hotelet. Vi ville ikke bruke dusjen for den var alt for ekkel

Terrible hotel with hopeless service. There was no hint of friendliness. The rooms looked much worse than in the pictures, were much smaller and in terrible condition. Service offers were absent, the electricity went off several times a day. Clean every three days. We couldn't bear to try the pool even once, and there was never anyone in the bar, so it looked closed. I have stayed in many different places all over the world, but this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

There is a parking problem. The location of the hotel is very good. If you are just going to visit Alanya and want a place to sleep, go there. The toilet and bathroom could be a little more hygienic. I think the sheets and towels were clean. You should not look for something ultra luxurious to stay in a location at the foot of the cable car.
