Park Hotel

Небольшой отель в отличном расположении. Классный персонал, чисто, аккуратно. Для нас было важно, что это не гигантский отель, где отдыхают пакетные туристы. При отеле отличный кафе-бар, где можно вкусно поесть, попить чаю и поиграть в нарды. Мы не очень требовательны к супер ремонтам, интерьерам, поэтому номер устроил полностью. Был кондиционер, все необходимые принадлежности, балкон со столом и стульями. Уборка была каждый день. Хочется поблагодарить весь персонал, а выделить: - На ресепшене - Мустафу за помощь, отличное настроение и презенты) - Бурака из кафе за профессионализм и беседы. - Девушку из кафе за помощь и настроение. Расположение отеля на мой взгляд лучшее - рядом с крепостью , старым городом , портом , гранд базаром , 1 мин до улицы дискотек и посередине между 2 пляжами . Отель чистый , если немного довести до ума то потянет на 4 звезды . Персонал очень приятный . Очень рекомендую . Один минус - лифт не работал , но я приезжала стройнеть и благодарна этому минусу . А это мой вид с балкона .

açıkçası büyük tereddütle geldim ama verdiğimiz fiyata değer hizmet gördüm. konum olarak sahile ve eğlence mekanlarına çok yakın konum gerçekten çok iyi. çalışanlar güler yüzlü. tekrar gelsem tercihim park hotel olur. teşekkürler park hotel ve çalışanları :)

Pas du tout accueillant. Aucun bonjour du personnel aucun effort de dire un mot en francais l même le mot chambre ils ne connaissent pas (à une réception d hotel !) un minimum en français quand même... Ils ont des clients français donc.... C est pas un hôtel mais une usine les animateurs inexistants. Un hôtel que je ne recommanderais pas vraiment déçue... Seule point positif la nourriture.

We rested in this hotel from 07/26/2021 to 08/04/2021. top hotel for the money: cool location, great staff, everyone is very friendly and kind, they responded to any requests with a smile and did everything. especially cool dude Mustafa at the reception - settled us at 8 in the morning, gave us a choice of three rooms. the beds are normal, the mattresses are excellent - slept like at home. in the room there are three towels for each, liquid soap and something like shampoo. cleaning for all the time was carried out three times, but apparently because I usually did not hand over the key. as soon as I left the key at the reception and asked for cleaning, the maid immediately came, put things in order and changed the bed. and in general the hotel is clean and comfortable, the air conditioner blows cold as it should. of the minuses - slow internet and boring breakfasts (every day the same thing, only eggs change - from boiled to scrambled eggs). there are a lot of shops near the hotel - both large supermarkets and small charades, a lot of restaurants / cafes / eateries, a market with clothes and souvenirs, clubs and more. 10-15 minutes walk to Cleopatra beach. the result as a whole is a good option for your money. if I ever consider a holiday in Alanya and in this price category, then I will choose this hotel with pleasure.
