Als uns das Zimmer gezeigt wurde war nicht einmal das Bett ordentlich gemacht. Das Zimmer war extrem klein hatte keinen Kleiderschrank sondern nur eine offene Hänge und hatte nicht einmal einen Tresor! Die Lüftung im Zimmer hat statt geheizt nur gekühlt! Das Badezimmer war auch nicht das reinste. Das Zimmer war so klein gewesen dass man sich fast nicht darin drehen konnte. Das Ganze als Buissnes zu verkaufen ist eine einzige Frechheit, da nicht einmal das WLAN ohne Probleme funktioniert hat. Beim auschecken hat man sich geweigert uns eine Rechnung auszustellen obwohl wir bereits einen Tag vorher alle Daten abgegeben haben inklusive Visitenkarte und Steuernummer. Satz des Hotels: der Buchhalter ist im Moment gerade nicht da und Sie stellen uns das aus und senden uns das zu. Nach fünf weiteren Anrufen und eine Woche später haben wir dann endlich die Rechnung erhalten! Dies ist nicht das was ich mir von einem Business Hotel erwarte! Schon gar nicht da man in der Türkei das Zimmer vorab bezahlen muss! Gott sei Dank hatten wir bereits für die nächste Nacht ein weit besseres Hotel

The hotel was wonderful, the room was clean and new, the Air Conditioning worked very well, the WIFI was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing. A very large spread with many different things to choose from each day. I would have loved to stay twice as long if we could. We truly had no bad part of our stay here. Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel with a very good price-quality ratio. It is clean and the cleaning stuff do their job well but some parts of the room remained untoched and the curtains were dusty but all around is ok. The food is really nice and changes often, salats and fruits are fresh. Pool is clean. WLAN works very well and is fast. The area is nice 15 min walk to beach, you have shuttle bus to the cleopatra beach too. Good shopping area. All around 4/5 stars. We enjoyed it.

Отдыхала с мамой, именно в этом отеле уже второй раз, и остались довольны! Уборка номера каждый день, смена полотенец тоже. Шведский стол на любой вкус, каждый день рыба и мясо, большой выбор вкусняшек, каждый день новый торт, фрукты, мороженое , шеф повар умничка, спасибо за старание! Отдельное спасибо администратору Хилоле, ответственная, все подскажет! До пляжа ездит маршрутка от отеля, очень удобно. В следующий раз приедем только к вам! Рекомендую!)

Хороший отель по соотношению цена-качество ,номера большие с хорошим ремонтом.Расположение отеля так же хорошее,близко к набережной и к фуникулёру.Шеф повар просто отличный,каждый день была свежая вкусная еда.Несколько видов мяса,ежедневно рыба,иногда морепродукты.Фруктов тоже было большое разнообразие,всё спелое ,вкусное.Много разных сладостей.Единственный минус,это отвратительный кофе.Но спасает то,что напротив отеля кофейня.Персонал доброжелательный,всегда готовы помочь.Муж уронил свой кошелёк в баре у бассейна,его нашёл бармен и принёс в номер .На ресепшене тоже в любое время стараются помочь решить проблему.На пляж возит трансфер,хотя мы чаще ходили пешком,так как недалеко,15 минут медленным шагом.Сам пляж хороший номер 15,конечно сильно подуставшие шезлонги и зонтики.На пляже еда и напитки платные и цены очень дорогие.Ещё хотела написать про аннимацию,её практически нет,в один из вечером около бассейна неплохо выступил англоязычный певец,особо поэтому в отеле вечерами делать нечего.А так в целом отель понравился,рекомендую.

A big thanks to the owner of the hotel Ahmed for his kindness and love to animals, his adopted dogs and his dog at the hotel Zeytin who was a super cutie and everyone’s favorite. And thanks to Efe at the reception for his help and advice.
The hotel was clean, easy to reach to and from, staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. The guys area was good too.

Excellent service, friendly staff. I had my birthday whilst here and they arranged a cake, bubbles, balloons and a gift. The team all sang happy birthday and made my day special. The owner was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, in fact from the moment we arrived, everyone made our holiday special. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and the beds and parasols are free. The food is excellent and there is a good range to choose from. Lots of guests we met continue to visit each year. We will be returning too! ❤️
