Op de foto's mooi, maar op de foto's zie je niet dat er geen variatie in het eten aanwezig is.. ja er is wel variatie! Als je van lauw en saai houdt..... oh en van Spaghetti Bolongesse die os er elke dag! Kamers zijn klein maar ok. Personeel heeft meer interactie met elkaar dan met de gast. Voorbeeld! Je besteld bij de bar witte rum cola zero zonder ijs....ze schenken bruine rum cola regular met ijs...als je er iets van zegt diepe zucht en beginnen ze opnieuw. Dit heb ik daadwerkelijk elke dag wel 2 keer mee gemaakt! Bedden bij het zwembad staan strak naast elkaar. Voor ons in ieder geval niet meer. Wij gaan of naar Grand Zaman Beach of naar Havan Apart Otel waar ze wel super gast vriendelijk zijn!

Perfect location especially as you have a massive beach right opposite the hotel. Friendly staff mostly from the barmen of course. We went all inclusive and food was fine but we went out a lot and enjoyed authentic Turkish food. Hotel has been renovated so everywhere is clean and rooms are pretty good to be fair. ( ignore reviews that say hotel is not clean as it’s brand new)!! Only issue we had was the lack of water in your room, all inclusive at the bar all day for alcohol but not water which is surely cheaper for them?!?! All in all was lovely and you must visit the castle up the sky lifts, trainers are a must!! Soak in as much street Turkish food as you can!! Thanks and we may well be back soon!!

The hotel was continuously cleaned, both in the rooms and around the entire complex The staff were very accommodating friendly and helpful Especially Emrah, who always went above and beyond for the family Water features were amazing, the children said 10/10 The spa treatments were lovely

Het hotel ligt vlak aan het strand en tussen gezellige restaurants en winkeltjes. Het Kahya hotel heeft drie gebouwen. Twee oudere gebouwen(geen idee of die gerenoveerd zijn) en één nieuwbouw. Mijn partner en ik hebben een fijne kamer gekregen in de nieuwbouw gedeelte. Het enige nadeel is dat de kamers erg gehorig zijn. Wel een fijne slaapkamer en badkamer. Wij hadden een 2-persoonsbed, 1-persoonsbed en stoel die uitklapbaar was als vierde bed. Voor een gezin wel erg klein. Er wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt en wij kregen dus ook iedere dag schone handdoeken + badmat. Ontbijt/lunch/avondeten kan allemaal in het hotel met all inclusive optie. Maar wij hebben ervoor gekozen dat zo veel mogelijk buiten het hotel te doen, zodat wij niet aan bepaalde tijden gebonden zaten. Vriendelijk geholpen door personeel als wij met vragen naar hen toe gingen. Het personeel is wel erg ingehouden bij begroeten van reizigers, maar dat is denk ik ook hen beschaafde mentaliteit.

Id give 5 stars to the room because in all honesty, it was nice and clean. Kudos to the Housekeeping Team! they maintain the hotel really spotless clean. The furnitures in the room are good quality. They are modern and chic. The beach is right across the road and park. There are good restaurants, supermarkets in the area We didnt really eat a lot in the restaurant even if we paid for all inclusive. We had a meal or two, id say, they were okay. But I do love the egg station! The staff in the restaurant are polite and friendly. Security officer on duty was always on the phone and he was not even looking at us every SINGLE time we go in and out of the hotel entrance. We stayed there for 5 days and we never saw him looking at us at all. He was constantly on the phone. We were even joking to apply for his job because it would have been an awesome job to sit and just stay on the phone and then get paid. It is written in their key card case that it is forbidden to bring outside food. The hotel restaurant is not open 24/7. I am wonderig what's the fridge for?
