Diamond Hill Resort Hotel

Ankara Atakule karşısı mösyö turizm Cihan beye kafamdaki tatili söyledim. Bu oteli önerdi. Tam nokta atışı yapmış. Alanya hemen çıkışta denize 95 m. Mesafedeki ultra her şey dahil konseptindeki  bu otele geldik. Çok sıcak bir resepsiyon görevlilerinin karşılaması ile karşılaştık. Reception da kayıt yaptırırken yanımıza bir bey geldi. Son derece nazik, kibar, gözlerinden sevgi akan bu insan otel müdürü Cenap beymiş. Tanıştık. Çok ilgili. Kaldığımız 3 gün içindeki davranışları ilgisi bu işin tam bir duayeni olduğunu gösteriyor. Temizlik ve hijyen otelin her bölümünde kendini gösteriyor. Yemekleri hepsi farklı damak tatlarinda. Tam bir lezzet ustaları. Özellikle sabah Eda'nın yaptığı o muhteşem pişilere, ve şansımıza o gün çıkan çiğ böreğe doyamadık. Kır bahçesinde kahvaltı zevki gibiydi. Ustaları Erdem beyi bizzat tebrik ettik. Otelde gıda mühendisi görev yapıyor. Sağlıklı ve titizlik her aşamada kendini gösteriyor. Odaları çok geniş ve son derece modern dizayn edilmiş. 3 adet hızlı asansör ile 11 kat olan otelde beklemiyorsunuz. Teras katında bulunan Roof bar güneşin batışı ve gece kuşbakışı Alanyayı izlemeniz ve denizin karanlıktaki silueti eşliğinde içkinizi yudumlamak zevkini yaşatıyor. Sahile yol altından geçerek ulaşıyorsunuz. Kum ve Tertemiz denizi, sneak ile sahilin tadını çıkarıyorsunuz. Sahilde ve havuz kenarında sneak var. Havuz kenarında akşamları animasyonlar size yorgunluğunuzu unutturuyor. Havuz manzaralı fitnesi da zevkle spor yapıyorsunuz. Şehrin içinde olması, şehri gezmeniz ve alış veriş imkanı sağlıyor. Garsonlar güne güleryüz ve günaydın sözcüğü ile başlıyor. Bu otele geldiğinizde mutlaka Cenap beyle tanışın. Yemekleri hep israf olmasın tabağımızda kalıp çöpe gi**esin diye az, az aldik. Bitti yine aldık. Kesinlikle bu metodu öneririm. Alakart restaurant zevkini de yaşayın. Hotel with a beautiful view, close to the center. The food is delicious and varied. We came back from our vacation satisfied, I would love to come back to this place one day :)

A hotel worth recommending. Unfortunately, there are other hotels under construction nearby, approx. 6 buildings, so it can be noisy at times. The hotel is in the second line from the street. Unfortunately, there is very heavy car traffic. But this is the case throughout Alanya. Passage to the sea approx. 150m. The beach is clean. There are free sun loungers. The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The swimming pool is nice, but the water is quite cold. Another bar by the pool. The food was very varied. The waiters try hard. Its clean. There is a beautiful terrace and another bar on the roof. Beautiful views of the entire Alanya at night. The rooms are ok, but not 5 stars in my opinion. The bed was very comfortable. There are elevators. Buses 101 and 1 run from the hotel to the city center. Ticket for one person 16 TL. Overall nice. The weather was good for us. It was about 28-30 degrees. I recommend

Never come here again. I do not strictly recommend it and sincerely condolences to those who came after us. The hotel is at best three stars. And so on in order. Check-in - we arrived at one o'clock, the room was given at 14.00 and not a minute earlier. The room is standard, we had 718, with a direct view of the sea, the view is amazing and that’s where the advantages of this hotel practically end. The bed was terrible, hard, after the night everything and everyone hurt. Pillows are neither this nor that - one is not enough, two are too many. The minibar upon arrival is filled with 3 bottles of water and several bottles of lemonade. When cleaning, it was replenished again. There are no complaints about the cleaning, all surfaces were washed, bed sheets and towels were replaced upon request. It takes 3-4 minutes to get to the sea at a leisurely pace, unless you wait a couple of minutes for the elevator that goes down from the hotel to the sea, the elevator is very slow, the floor is broken, it’s generally creepy. Sun loungers are available on the beach, mostly broken down, and at the beach bar you can ask for a hamburger and fries. There is a bowl of punch and stands with juices and ayran (which was removed on October 30). Modest, extremely modest for a 5* beach hotel. The beach is small pebbles, it is better not to go without aquashoes, but the plus of the hotel beach is that there are no slabs. The waves are smaller than on Cleopatra Beach, or we were lucky. The food is at the 3* level, no more, we still didn’t understand what the concept of ULTAallinclusive was, the alcohol is exclusively local, chemical cocktails, sour wine. Hotel food can be called “50 shades of cucumber and tomato” ... 10,005,000 cucumber salads, what was not eaten could be processed up to three times, sausage from breakfast could be smoothly fried, and then covered with mayonnaise and presented in the form of a salad. Mussels in the salad for 3 days, on the 4th day they were fried....the same with some kind of shrimp (it was the first time I had ever seen such small ones). And there seemed to be a lot of meat dishes, but 80% were unappetizing, so we mostly ate what was grilled (chickens, chicken and turkey breast). There are no complaints about the fruit. The choice of cakes is small, after three days it was no longer interesting. The summary of nutrition is meager, reduced by the end of the season to the level of a bad 3*. There is simply no service, the waiters are slow, the most they do is re-serve the table after the guests have eaten, because... There are NOT enough tables at all. You always have to stand and wait for a table to become available. Well, or come an hour after the start of the meal (30 minutes remain for a quick meal), but there is a risk that you won’t get much. The waiters never asked if we needed anything. During our stay, the hotel cut the hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in contrast to the times stated on their hotel page. It was very annoying that you were allocated an hour and a half and you had to meet this time, especially when not only the time was cut, but also half of the available tables were blocked. And when we didn’t yet know that dinner ended half an hour earlier, they literally kicked us out of the restaurant, turned off the light above the terrace, and didn’t let us take coffee. And quite rudely. When you check out of the hotel, the hotel doesn’t even have a luggage room, your luggage is “looked after”
