Отдыхала с сыном в мае 2024 года,отель расположен в 5 -10 минутах ходьбы от пляжа,своего пляжа у отеля нет.Номера не понравились,на полу плитка,ходить неприятно,тапочки не дают.Еще сломалась крышка и сядушка на унитазе,холодильник плохо охлаждал,раковина с трещинами. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный.Питание было хорошим,разнообразным.На завтрак не каждый раз были блинчики,в основном были булочки,омлет,сыры,колбасы,оливки,картошка.Десертов очень хороший выбор на обед и ужин. Вечером спокойно,нет музыки,можно поспать.Днем громко звуки от соседней школы,звонки на начало и конец уроков.Останавливались с ребенком в однокомнатном номере с 2мя кроватями.Номер не уютный,мебели мало,нет стульев и кресел,шкаф и то маленький. Второй раз в этот отель я бы не поехала,далековато идти до моря и номера не понравились.

Капец,,,,, КЛОПЫ!!!!! Я даже не хочу писать, что не убирали, не было воды в номерах,,, или о том, что никаких гелей и шампуней,,, это такие мелочи,, по сравнению с обгрызаным телом,, и ночами, которые я не спала, и требовала переселения в другой отель 😭😭😭😭😭это не отдых и отмеченное др,, это АД,,, и сотрудники все отрицали и ещё жалобу на меня написали!!! Мы видели такие же укусы у других,, но, как оказалось другие даже не знали, что это клопы!!!!

I've been at the Alanya's Royalisa Hotel (now Grand Alisa Hotel) in July'2023. It was a really hot summer time (temperatures 40 degrees Celsius in the shade) so the choice of the area with trees was good. This hotel has a small garden so it was nice to sit there and the temperature was lower. We had a 2 bedrooms family room but the room quality was more like 3* than 4*. The room & bathroom renovation would be recommended - the years of usage were visible - but all the appliances worked fine. It was possible to use the wifi for free in the lobby only (slow) but the purchase price for wifi all over the hotel and rooms was acceptable (and faster). Staff was nice and helpful, food - just so so. The all inclusive included a few local liqueurs and beer. Drinks were paid additionally.

Royalisa is a very nice hotel in a great location. Beach and Alanium mall are within a walking distance.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks are all included all day long in the main restaurant or in the beautiful gardens.
Nice swimming pool with water slides for kids, aqua gym and different activities...
Friendly staff especially Cenah who helped us a lot in all what we needed.
Will definitely come back ! Thank you

So just stayed at this hotel for a week. Our first morning went for breakfast thinking there would be a rang of food no sprouts and eggs. Food was awful drink wise was vodka and vodka or watered down beer the coke tasted like rola cola. The surrounding areas was mechanic shops. Had to eat out the majority of the time we stayed there. Was no entertainment no snack bar. The slides wasn’t even turned on had to physically walk down them to get someone’s attention as hardly any staff spoke English. No safe to really leave the hotel at night. We saw some bad reviews about the manager and was quiet intimidated by him at first but once you get to know him he is okay. But overall would never come here again

Весьма неоднозначный отель. Из плюсов: Просторные номера Голодным не будешь, наверное.... В целом адекватный персонал Много кошек Из минусов Wi-Fi из прошлого века. Скорость бесплатного интернета в лобби 0.3мб/сек, при условии, что вы там один. Отель предоставляет платный интернет по цене 2$/сутки, скорость до 2мб/сек, что тоже ужасно. Про номера - в целом норм, матрасы хорошие, сантехника течёт умеренно, горячая вода была всегда в солнечную погоду. Но это впервые, когда я встретил номер отеля с телевизором в районе входной двери, сбоку от кроватей. По еде: голодными вы не останетесь, иногда даже есть выбор, встречается рыба и некоторые блюда реально вкусные. Но и ситуация, когда просто нечего взять, потому что все невкусно, курица сухая, другое блюдо пересолено - такое также есть. Но если говорить про напитки, тут не вкусно абсолютно все, даже кола. Джин ужасен, виски ужасен. Смог пить исключительно чай. Пляж - своего пляжа у отеля нет посылают на пляж партнёров, лежак + зонт стоит 40 лир в день, пляж а-ля общественный, не особо чистый,песчанный, заход в море усеян камнями, заходить желательно аккуратно.
