i booked an apar**ent "as they said" for 4 pax . we were 3 but still the apar**ent was too small for 3 . it was perfect for 2 but not for more . at trip.com it is mentioned that thebroom is air conditioned but what you did not mention that it was 1 air condition for all the apar**ent which is not enough at all especially with thats silly system they have that turns off the ac if you open any window or any door . other than that reception staff was very nice , room service was kind even though i didnt understand anything on what she said neither did she since she doesnt speak except russian.

This hotel is a mid range hotel. Our wishes were heard beforehand and we got a room on top floor (4th), as I installed my ham radio antenna to the roof. The room were clean, although some places would benefit of small repair. The bathroom was good as well as bedroom. The kitchen is rather basic and would benefit of some renewal and maybe more kitchenware. The hotel location is excellent, 500m to Ataturk Caddesi and 250m to 25m street. Also it was rather quiet environment. As in all turkish buildings, the sound isolation is poor. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially miss Celin, who was a treasure. The breakfast was not a bufee, but it was very ok for us. And you can ask for more content, like we did for yougurt. We can recomment his as a mid budget place.

Hotel is in the centrum, so You will hear traffic voices but the location is good, shops and restaurants are near and short walk to the beach. The cleaning is very good. The best is personal, lady and the gentleman in the reception and both of the house keepers are so friendly. Thank You very much for everything!

Let's start with the positives. Price: $24 per night. Neat room, clean, there is a kitchen and utensils. Understanding and friendly staff. There is Wi-Fi, a kitchen. The staff provided additional utensils upon request. Now the cons. The Internet is unstable and slow, sometimes lagging for up to 30 minutes at a time. It was winter and the room was cold. There was only one air conditioner for two rooms, it couldn’t handle it and overheated (maybe it was just unusually cold, but I don’t know). There is no hot water, there is warm water under low pressure. At the end of the trip, the wiring in my room burned out. It was the penultimate day and I was moved to another room, but it was unpleasant. Overall an average hotel for little money.

Although the room looked a bit shabby chic, the beds were clean and very comfortable. Could hear next door residents sometimes, but we had a fabulous view across to the castle, so, although there were some down sides, it was more than made up for with the good parts. Beds and towels not changed often, but staff were more than happy to do so, if asked. I liked the pool, not too busy. Unfortunately, my husband passed away unexpectedly, whilst we were there. The manager, Sukru, and all his staff couldn`t have been more kind and helpful. I will definitely go back.

***It was a clean place. The corridors smelled like detergent and perfume. I noticed the windows at the entrance and was struck by their cleanliness :) The rooms were also very clean. We stayed as a family. The other people staying there were also decent people. The price was also affordable. One corner of the room is the kitchen: the kitchen. There is a stove, a refrigerator, a cooker, a kettle. We stayed there to have a holiday and visit the city. It was very good for an apart hotel. It is not very luxurious, but it has clean and solid furniture and a hygienic environment. The lady working there is also very friendly. The pool and breakfast were closed because it was not open in season. .I recommend it to everyone.
