Cleaners were helpful❤. Location was excellent and reception was friendly. It was irritating poolare and the prices were quite expensive. Also there was an old guy who was too bossy. Young boy at the pool was polite. Thanks to him!❤

Это худший отель из всех, которые довелось посетить. При таком отношении к гостям отеля, очень удивляет высокая оценка на Букинге... Персонал крайне неприветлив, медлителен и плевать хотел на соблюдение минимальных удобств и комфорта в номерах. В условиях высоких температур и влажности даже поздними вечерами, персонал селит гостей (правильнее сказать "втюхивает") в номера без холодильников и с нерабочими кондиционерами. При этом рассказывают, чтобы заработал кондиционер нужно подождать после его включения, но на элементарный вопрос "сколько нужно подождать: пять минут или до завтра" они не смогли дать конкретный ответ. В другом номере, где вроде как работал кондиционер, через время он перестал холодить, но начал гудеть и тарахтеть. Нормальный номер с холодильником и работающим кондиционером предоставили только после изрядного шума. Сантехника в душе протекает. Wi-Fi не работает не то что в номерах, его приходиться отлавливать только в определенных местах на ресепшене. Днем (при температуре +40 и номер расположен на солнечной стороне) открывают балкон "для проветривания", но вместо проветривания к вечеру получается эффект духовки. Вряд ли подобные действия можно расценить как заботу о комфорте гостей...

This hotel is in a perfect position for everything. The ladies on reception were lovely. We booked for one night only but decided to stay an extra night.
The room was comfortable with a large balcony.
Our only complaint was that when you showered the whole bathroom was soaked because they had a very small shower screen. Apart from that everything was nice.

Low average, noisy. The worst thing is that they sell you a week right to use the air conditioner for 50€, and a little fridge also for 50€. CASH. The breakfast the worst you will eat in your life. Also we both got corona, there was a staff member at the last days, he was ill. Nearby there are a lot places selling "cheap" everything. Avoid them, don't buy perfumery, and DON'T buy alcohol, if you want to stay a live.

It is in a great location in the city center, where you can reach everywhere on foot or by any vehicle. Since it is a family business, the welcome and guest relations are very warm and friendly. Room cleaning - excellent! The bathroom is perfectly clean, with new fixtures. The location of the hotel is super! Friendly and helpful staff! There is free parking near the hotel entrance - this is very convenient if you rent a car. Wifi in the lobby is excellent, but weak in the rooms. If you plan to use the Internet for work, then its quality is not very good. For its low cost, the hotel is simply very good! If you are used to Turkish all inclusive, then this is definitely not the place for you. This is a city hotel for travelers who love freedom. Thank you for our wonderful vacation!
