I do not like a color of the bathroom as you do not see how clean it is. Also the reception was not friendly.

The best quality and fun hotel in perfect alanya

In my opinion, a great hotel for the money. The room is spacious and surprisingly quiet. Surprisingly, because there is a rather noisy pub on the ground floor.

In my opinion, the all-inclusive is not value for money at this hotel and the staff ignore you. The all-inclusive runs from 10AM till 10PM. I thought this would be ok but forgot that, it's only 8pm in the UK when it's 10pm here so it still feels really early. There are no snacks, other than nuts, available between meals and you have to pay for snacks if you do want them. My husband doesn't drink so it's just soft drinks for him but it still gets expensive when you have to pay for everything after 10pm. I think it would be better if the all-inclusive ran from 11am to 11pm with bottled water available from 10 AM. You are supposed to get 20% off in the Irish bar but to get this, you have to book it in advance so paid full price yet again. Because we didn't have wrist bands, every time we ordered a drink, we had to give our room number and tell them we are all inclusive. The whole point of all-inclusive is to take all the hassle out of buying drinks etc., I found this really irritating. Arrived late Friday night, entered the reception and it looked a bit like a garage with polished concrete floors. There were no all-inclusive wrist bands or maps of the complex available. All-inclusive had finished for the day, not even a complimentary tray of sandwiches for us; ended up buying a burger in the Irish Bar. However we were allowed all inclusive up till 5pm on the day of departure. Mehmet, our Jet 2 rep. was very helpful and gave us great advice. Well worth attending the welcome meeting, highly recommend. The style of the hotel is urban chic meets beach hut, very classy. There are comfortable wooden sun loungers with big thick cushions and 4 pools, one inside. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. Our room was ok, clean and the mattress comfortable but the duvet looked like a single duvet on a double bed, didn't even reach the edges of the mattress and the pillows were so uncomfortable. It would have been better if they had supplied a double sheet. We did speak to reception but they said that we would need to speak to housekeeping. Most of the staff, apart from reception have little or no English so don't understand us. making this impossible. Reception should have taken the details and sorted it out the next day as there were no housekeeping staff on site at that time. The room was clean but the bathroom door had smears of plaster dust/tile grout on the back of it and the sealant around the sink was untidy, definitely not a 4-star finish. However, the hairdryer was excellent. The food was good, lots of salad, veg etc., all self-service. There was only filter coffee available in the morning (self-service) and machine coffee at lunchtime, if the machine was working. I like a coffee after dinner but I would have to go back to the bar to get it. There was no wine or beer in the dining room and we were never asked if we would like a drink all self-service. I did ask one of the waiters once for a drink (after chasing after him) but it took so

100% recommend Cooks club. We were upgraded to partial sea view room 321. The rooms were perfect, comfortable and spacious enough for two. Hairdryer provided, tea and coffee facilities, shower, balcony, tv. We were also above the restaurant bohem which was nice if you wanted a drink before leaving for your meal to catch sunset. We were checked in by Hussain and Ennis who were both lovely & gave us a warm welcome. We also highly recommend doing the city bike tour with the fitness instructor and events manager. We were so glad we did this, we saw the area soon into our holiday and it helped us get our bearings, we also got some gorgeous photos of Alanya. The girls were both amazing. The hotel had 4 pools - 3 outdoor. All equally as nice, we mostly used the pool by bohem. We ate at the pool bar Also Bohem We also got the take out pizza which was unreal! Definitely recommend getting one of these. The gym is well equipped and usually quiet. One block of the hotel is across the road, this is where reception is located. Once checked in staff will show you where to locate the tunnel which feels extremely safe (see images) The hotel felt completely safe, security were present and room keys were needed to enter areas for lifts and room access. Breakfast was nice,healthy and plenty of choice, this isn’t your full English kind of breakfast just to manage expectations. We really enjoyed it and day to day new foods would be available to try. Both beaches are perfect, the beach gets busier but we found a bed each time. One of the bar tenders had us in stitches with the impression of our northern English accent he was great! Go to Cooks club you will not regret it, we will re visit. Location- really close to cable cars (must do) Also other restaurants if eating out (go to le Chevy if you do) Easy to walk to marina -15/20 mins

Amazing stay at CC Alanya! Would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were friendly and would go out of their way. They really made the holiday. A special mention to Aslam at the pool bar and Talip at the Irish Bar! You two in particular really made our holiday so thank you! Central location and lots of lovely resturants nearby. The kale Panorama resturant is a must visit which is only around a 15min walk to the cable cars and a 15 min walk once your off them with amazing views and lovely food. We were bed and breakfast and ate lunch at the cooks club beach bar. We ate at the bohem beach resturant one night which was also lovely. There is an amazing steak resturant about a 10 min walk away called Hasir!

Superb hotel! The beds are amazing, we slept like a royalty! Pillow meny and real blankets! All of the staff were always welcoming and friendly and helpful! A extra star to Aslan who worked at dinner time, Superb service! Good cleaning service! Good quality of food! Very good location and beach! We'll come back!

Perfect place for relaxing and enjoyment. Great lokation by the ocean, delicious food, great staff. Room was perfect. I would love to Come back again. Hamam was the best I ever tried. Great swimmingpool for swimming lanes, minimum 25 Meters.

This hotel turned out to be completely different from the one in the photo, it is very dirty and old, the area is very small, there is nowhere to turn around. It is also written that this hotel is only for adults 12+, but it turned out that there may be very young children at the bar and in the pool, they will not be only in the hotel itself (room) and in the restaurant. The food selection leaves a lot to be desired, there is almost no choice and all the food does not look fresh. Also in the room you will not be offered any shampoo or conditioner, only hand soap. Be careful when looking at the photos of this hotel, they are far from reality.

Overview: Fantastic hotel that exceeded expectations with outstanding food and a beautiful beach. Great value daytime adventures to be had but the evenings weren’t as lively, with fake goods shops dominating the *****, save for a few underwhelming restaurant-bars. Good local places away from the *****. Pros - Food was amazing, couldn’t fault it. Breakfast was standard but there was enough variety everyday so it wasn’t always the same which was good. Dinner was also great, different menu every night with a lot of Turkish food which was delicious and a good salad bar. Desserts were also very nice. The beach was amazing, cooks club has its own sunbeds we can use for free however they are available for others to use too so there can be families with buggies and children around. The sea is so warm and lovely, the warmest sea I have ever been in. The cooks club staff come around to ask you for drinks on the beach too which is very good and they also assist with putting up parasols. The only thing I’d note is that the music can get very loud. There is a 5% service charge on all orders (as half board) so there was no expectation to tip which was really nice as we didn’t really have to carry much cash around with us on the beach as it all gets added to the room tab which you pay at the end. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean, and very spacious. Good air conditioning and good blackout curtains. The shower is also really nice. The restaurant, bar and pool area are beautiful and the pictures are exactly how it looks in real life. The whole area is very well kept and the interior design and themes are gorgeous. One of the best things about the area is that there are numerous adventures to be had at a relatively low cost. We went paragliding over Alanya for around €20 which was awesome. We also took a day trip to Köprülü Kanyon, where we rafted down rivers and small rapids amongst the most incredible scenery; again for €25 per head including transfer and lunch. There are plenty of other activities in the mountains, which are similarly priced and completely worth the 2hr coach journey. Cons - We booked via easyJet and the coach transfer took around 3hrs 30mins which is well over their stated maximum of 2hrs 30mins so I would definitely recommend booking a private transfer (this is less on the hotel but and FYI for those booking with easyJet). I would also highly recommend the dinner at the hotel and go for half board (or all inclusive) vs just bed and breakfast if you want great Turkish food. We found that the local area didn’t have a great variety of authentic Turkish restaurants, for example we had to walk around 20 mins to find a lovely bakery that did delicious Börek but there weren’t many on the Kleopatra *****. In terms of evening entertainment in the local are, there was very little around. There were a couple of livelier restaurant-bars (note that alcohol is pretty expensive) including two near our resort, but 95% of the shops on the ma

Wow what a holiday, especially how we were looked after on the beach by Murat with my partner being 7 months pregnant he went above and beyond at every opportunity for her what a guy 5*. Would highly recommend Cooks Club Alanya, good food, beer and entertainment.

We are so happy that we chose this hotel as one of our holidays! The hotel's seaside location and magnificent beach gave us unforgettable moments. The sea water was clean and warm, we enjoyed spending time in the sea all day long. Thank you very much to Reception YAGMUR she is very polite and friendly. She help us a lot. The weather was sunny and warm every day, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the sun all day long. The hotel's pool area was also very well-kept and beautiful, it was great to relax by the pool when we got out of the sea. Especially the fresh kebab was very good. Eating at the restaurant with a view was a completely different pleasure. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for sun, sea and peace. Every moment we spent here was so special to us and we can't wait to come back!
