The hotel needs complete renovation.
2+1 would not cost more than 30 euros/night. You get what you pay for, but for the same price you get much better hotels in Alanya.

Плюсы: 1.Отличное расположение в 13 минутах ходьбы от пляжа, вокруг вся инфрастуктура - магазины, кафе, рестораны, аптеки. На первом этаже минимаркет. 2.Стиральная машина в номере. 3. Наличие разных (для овощей, масла, мяса и т.д.), в том числе и хорошо заточенных ножей. Работающий чистый холодильник. 4. Достаточно просторные апартаменты, хоть и меньше заявленных 50 кв. м, примерно метров 40. Просторный балкон. 5.Номер на теневую сторону, с красивым видом на горы(см.фото). Минусы: 1. Отсутствие уборки. (В описании отеля ее и нет, надо было внимательнее читать. Предполагалось самообслуживание - в ванной щетка, совок, ведро и швабра, которой нормально не помыть, только грязь размазывать - см. фото). 2. Нет СВЧ-печи. 3. При заселении не выдали ключа от сейфа (обьяснили тем, что утерян), только на третий день после настойчивых требований попросту заменили сейф. 3. Старая, закопченная, плохо регулируемая электроплитка. 4. Нет пополнений расходников (туалетная бумага, моющие средства), то, что было при заселении, видимо, осталось от предыдущих жильцов. 5. Нет полок в шкафу, только одна верхняя, на которой лежал третий комплект белья и одно теплое одеяло. 6. Жесткие неудобные подушки, сплошь в буграх и комках. 7. Тусклое освещение. 8. Плохое качество ТВ, маленький выбор каналов, причем только на турецком языке, даже на английском нет, не говоря уже о русском. 9. Неудобный душ - короткий гибкий шланг(см.фото).
