The headquarters of the Paragliding World Cup is located here, so I chose to live here. Very good value for money hotel, comfortable and cozy, beach roadside. The three meals a day also have something to suit your own taste. The hotel also has a variety of daily necessities in the canteen, as well as fee-based services such as hairdressing, sauna, and massage. Unfortunately level of this place has dropped down since the pandemic covid19. Worst cleaning, smell in the bath room, broken equipment,. low quality of the meal. really disappointed... hope this hotel will become a nice place again ... this place has a high potential. Perfect territory... The hotel has even a small garden with flowers and a terrace. It is really an advantage for the city hotel.

I do not recommend this place if you have children, loads of young girls around the hotel speaking about “sleeping with bar workers” mentioning ‘Cehan cihan’ as one of them. My children play in the pool and hear this type of language want to leave!

Stayed at KLEOPATRA Royal Palm for 7 nights. Hotel is clean and rooms are cleaned daily. All inclusive food is ok but repetitive and a couple of us purchased food outside the hotel just to have a change. The shower in our room leaked every time we used it, had to dry the floor with a towel each time. Got little sleep, bed so uncomfortable, very hard and my husband had a broken slat on his side. Also the noise from the corridors is so loud, every noise echoes, could hear doors slamming, music playing, people kicking off or loud voices until the early hours. Construction work going on outside the hotel constantly, very noisy in the day. Reception staff very unhelpful, we stopped asking any questions of them. We purchased trips from hotel rep, we were overcharged, buy your trips outside the hotel. Paid to go to a light show one evening, we were told this was 1.5 hours coach travel there, ended up being 3 hours only to end up at a shopping centre. Yes there were lights which were beautiful, but we could have got a taxi there for a fraction of the cost. Would not return to this hotel.

The location of the hotel and the fact that it was opposite the beach was great. We had a nice holiday with my family. Thank you Mr. Haşim for his interest in us and his friendly face. The colleagues working at the reception were also nice. The staff who cleaned our rooms were very friendly. Walking distance to the Carsiya is not far. It is an accommodation close to everywhere for transportation. The food is good, you can see a lot of varieties. Especially the Barbeques were delicious, thank you for everything. I recommend it and we are thinking of coming again 😍
