Very good and friendly

In addition to the bedroom, it has a living room, a kitchen, and even a balcony, but it's cheap. It's on top of a slope, so it's a little difficult to get there and back, but the scenery is nice. The sunset from the terrace is beautiful.

It is recommended for those who want to have a wonderful holiday with a view of the mountains. The employees were friendly, the view was exquisite, they gave us a wonderful holiday. Since it was winter, we were upgraded to the Terrace floor. We warmed up very well with air conditioners and even jumped into the pool. The warmth and bird's eye view of the stylish looking roof floor were very pleasing. It was great to have a separate kitchen and bedroom. We can't wait to come again

Absolutely commendable staff who went above and beyond at our stay We had the pool to ourselves most days as it’s a very quaint homely family run villa The apartment itself could do with updating as was basic but we didn’t spend time in the room other than to sleep Bed was very uncomfortable though and could do with being softer but that is personal preference There are some areas that could do with a handy man or touch up such as the parasols and sun beds quite a few were broken or had cracks and the lights around the pool were very loose on the rails Food was absolutely lovely from the menu and the views were breath taking Overall a lovely stay !

A beautiful family run hotel with stunning views both day and night. Especially the beautiful view from the roof in the evenings. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Dogan, he is always smiling and welcoming and treats all guests as if they were in their own home. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh ( thank you to the kitchen staff ). I think it's worth adding that if you have allergy problems, just talk to Dogan and he will arrange for the dishes to be unseasoned 🙏🙏🙏 Cleaning services doing a great job as well - we have a towels swan every day in our room 😊 Apart of that Turkish Hamam Spa & Massage is absolutely amazing - You have to try while you visit the Sonata Hotel. Merry and Sevgi are absolutely lovely women who take care of you and make you feel like a new born after the treatment 😍😍😍 Big Thank You to all of you guys for the hard work and effort to make guests happy 👌😊😍 That's why we want to come back next year 😊 Çok teşekkür ederim from Polish couple 😁😊😍

Lovely family hotel with stunning views during the day and at night as well. Especially the beautiful view from the roof at evenings. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Dogan, he's always smiling and very welcoming and treats all the guests as if they were in your own home. The food is absolutely amazing and fresh. Every day you can choose something else. There will be nice to add some fresh watermelon or melon between the meals in all inclusive option. A big "Thank you " to all the staff from kitchen and cleaning because they are doing a great job!! That is so wonderful to see on your bed a towels swan with flovers and leaves every time when you come back to your room. The Turkish Hamam spa and massage at the hotel is absolutely amazing!! Merry and Sevgi are wonderful!! During the whole program I felt just like in heaven and after the all treatments like new born and so relaxed!! I recommended to everyone!! It is a great hotel!! My spouse and I visited this place as a pair, leaving our kids behind, for a week-long retreat. Our experience was incredibly calming and unforgettable. The woman at the Hanam was remarkably kind and considerate. We scheduled a Turkish bath and massage, which I would strongly suggest, especially for the value. I even made a reservation for the next morning as I was in dire need of some relief due to a severe shoulder issue. She arrived two hours ahead of schedule just for my sake, and I can genuinely say that I feel like a whole new person. The employees are delightful and warm, and the rooms are tidied up daily with fresh towels.

Lovely little hotel, friendly staff and ideal location- stunning views. Only downsides- the hill! The transfer from the airport (which was 3hrs) couldn’t take you to the door quite a big job after a 4.5hr flight then a 3hr transfer to lug cases up. Whilst there we didn’t have an issue getting loungers however can imagine when we at full capacity may struggle. However for a holiday mid June stunning little place, rooms clean and tidy and fully air con- despite the 2 very minor negatives would stay again.

Good points: The hotel is nice and peaceful with decent sized rooms, bedding and towels were changed frequently and there's nice views The best part of the hotel is the Hamam massage very professional ladies and a great experience for a great price Bad points: Without the spa I would only give the hotel a 1* review The floors were filthy in the rooms and never cleaned throughout our one week stay, the hotel is supposed to be all inclusive but you have to pay for cocktails and most spirits, the food is also very limited there's only a few meals you can get on all inclusive, the website states that food and drink are included but that's not the case On the last day we were then hounded for extra charges that we were unaware of One of the staff members behind the bar tried explaining to us that the hotel is all inclusive but you have to pay for food and drink which is (according to him) the way it is done at hotels, we then explained to him that ALL INCLUSIVE means all inclusive and that it should be put on the website and so that they are not false advertising that they are all inclusive which they are definitely not Because of this experience we will never be returning and telling everyone that we know to stay clear of this hotel

The hotel has amazing views and the staff are very welcoming. I definitely recommend the turkish bath + massage as it was lovely and very affordable. Me and my partner are students and we didn't expect to be able to have such an experience! The only downside i would say is having to go up a little hill to get to it but all an all the location is perfect. I would say it's about a 2 minute walk from the beach and walking distance from numerous shops, restaurants and the harbour. Definitely give it a go!
