I had to pay extra money even though I booked already a double bed room. The view was out of this world! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were however cold and the bedsheets weren’t clean enough. My partner and I kept scratching our skins at night and we also found a roach in the room. T

Since we will be staying for one night, we did not disturb the view of the room, but the cleanliness of the room was terrible, there was hair and dust on the trays, and the floor was dirty, as if they had never been wiped off.

In the middle of 9 days here. Excellent location. The views of the sea and mountains are breathtaking and everything is just on the doorstep. The staff are lovely, especially the cleaning lady, breakfast staff and night reception. The breakfast is the best breakfast I've ever had. It makes me laugh when reviewers complain that it's all Turkish style food...newsflash we are in Turkey. The choice and taste is outstanding. It is a lovely, quiet and clean hotel with very comfortable large beds,lots of hot water,toiletries and teas and coffee. OK there is a bit of noise in the evening from the harbour restaurants but I knew I was booking a central city hotel and brought earplugs, but it was never a problem. Alanya is a very chilled out, interesting city with glorious beaches, mountain views,history, walking and lots of shops and restaurants. I hope to return and would stay in this hotel again.

Pleasant and pleasant staff. Was helpful and the service was top notch all the time. I traveled alone (female) Felt very safe which for me is very important.

Booked hotel last minute based on it having a pool which was closed. No bar open either. Balcony door did not lock properly either. Twin beds - room clean but 3*. Good location overlooking harbour. Breakfast service was good. Chef cooking omelette/eggs to order.

We booked a double single bed fpr 2 days, we arrived and dthey gave us a room with 2 single beds and said all double bed rooms were booked even tho we made reservation for that room 3 months in advance. Recepcionist was rude and refused to offer any compromise. Given room was very old and dirty. Shower was full of mold. Breakfast was limited and they are charging extra for orange juice
