Best view in town but steps and hill needed to reach are a nightmare. Staff helpful in taking luggage to room. Medan restaurant next door excellent

Dinlendirici ve başarılı bir işletme. Gerek manzara gerek kahvaltı gerek personel 10 numara. İlgi alaka üst sırada. Alanyanın en güzel manzarasına sahip ve oda tasarımları çok iyi. Her odanın ayrı özel bir ismi var.gelinmesi götülmesi gereken bir otel

Bugiardi a dir poco! L’unica nota positiva e veritiera era la vista bellissima dal hotel. Per il resto tutto quello che hanno scritto nella descrizione della stanza ( delux matrimoniale) era una bugia a partire dalla grandezza della stanza come minimo 10 metri più piccola senza il bollitore o i bicchieri e senza il ferro da stiro promesso nella descrizione. Con il frigorifero sporco e mal odorante. Il bagno non era isolato e senza la porta! Con un sapone scarso nella doccia e basta. Abbiamo dovuto rincorrere tutto il giorno il personale (1 persona sola) per avere gli asciugamani! La doccia era piccolissima con l’acqua stagna e potrei continuare! I soffitti bassi con l’isolamento acustico inesistente, sentivamo tutto quello che dicevano o facevano i vicini! Per arrivare all’albergo ci sono moltissimi scale ripide e nessun ascensore o chi ti aiuta con gli bagagli. Insomma 250€ per due notti realmente mal spesi! Si può trovare molto di meglio a quel prezzo!

Antalyadan eşimle birlikte değişiklik olması amacıyla bir gecelik tatil olarak bu oteli seçmiştik. Otel fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Deniz ve kale manzaralı odada kalmıştık ***et keyifliydi. Havuzlu olması da ekstra avantaj sağladı. Ancak eksiklerini tabiki de belirtmek isterim. Otele girişte rezervasyondaki arkadaş rezervasyonumuzun bulunmadığını belirtti biz usteleyince sanırım telefonla ilgili birime ulaştı ve okeylediler. Odaya taşıdığımızda ise klima hiç sogutmuyordu. Bunu yetkili arkadaşlara belirttik birkaç kez baktılar ama olmadı yani. Neyseki hava aşırı sıcak olmadığı için pencereleri açmakla yetindik. Son gün ise oda kahvaltılı olarak rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen kahvaltımızın olmadığını belirttiler. Biz yine olduğunu iddia ederek rezervasyon bilgilerini sunduk. Ve o şekilde kahvaltı verildi. Yani anlamadığım şey rezervasyon bilgilerine neredeyse hiç hakim değiller. Kahvaltıları ise birçok kafe kahvaltısından daha düşüktü. Hizmet kalitesine baktığımızda da 10 üzerinden 6 verebilirim. Fiyatı uygun diye mi böyleler orasına siz karar verin. Bizim tatil amacımız çok otel konsepti olmadığı için sürekli merkezdeydik ve 1 gece konakladığımiz için çok da problem olmadı.

Вид из номера шикарный ! Вся Алания как на ладони! Удобное расположение , 20 мин от набережной . Можно дойти пешком. Благодаря виду можно закрыть глаза на остальные недостатки как проблема с горячей водой , завышенные цены на завтрак и отсутствие двери в ванной комнате .Гель и шампунь не предоставляется . В номере есть фен, но очень слабый. За вид оценка 5++.
