We were at a hotel for 2 weeks, the hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and the kitchen staff were really master chefs. The rooms were cleaned nicely, and the cleaning staff did a very good job and every place was very clean. We were mixed with another Finnish family and that is why we got bad service for 1 week. We talked about it with the hotel manager and solved it. Bad service meaning: - We did not get service at the upper terrace. - We had different rules, than other guests. - Only because of Finnish nationality. The head of the staff, was very rude towards our table and didn't even look towards us. He had plenty of time to serve other tables, but left us totally out. Luckily other staff members were super nice and they were trying to patch as best as they could. Thanks to Ergun Hotel, the experience was not the worst possible. Could have been much better, hopefully the next customers stay happy.
