So ein tolles Hotel! Hatten anfangs nicht so viele Erwartungen gehabt ABER es hat an alles einfach getoppt Essen war 1 A immer unterschiedlich und geschmacklich erste Klasse, es fehlte an nichts, die Lage ist Spitzenklasse direkt am strand. Das Personal war soo nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmern sind alle qualitativ und sehr sauber. Ich habe wirklich nichts negatives zu sagen einfach TOP

Very good location of the hotel near the see. The food at the restaurant is great, always fresh and different every day. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Fahri at the restaurant.

Отель отличный, рядом с морем, номера комфортные, уборка каждый день, в ресторане питание разнообразное повара молодцы, пэлбои приветливые особенно нас обслуживал Рамазан отличный официант, официант Ерол тоже молодец, девочки в спа при отеле тоже умнички массажи отличные, в лобби есть девушка на ювелирных изделиях Пакизе нам с мужем тоже понравилась она молодец.

Прекрасный отель! Хочется отметить ухоженность территории, близость моря, красоту и чистоту пляжа. Заселившись в номер не стала делать апгрейд, настолько он мне понравился- номер в идеальном состоянии с прекрасным видом на море и крепость. Персонал на ресепшен весьма компетентен и всегда во всем готов помочь. К уборке тоже не было вопросов. Очень внимательный и заботливый персонал на кухне. Питание достаточно разнообразное и свежее, было много овощей и фруктов, что для меня важно. Особая благодарность за отличное настроение, которое создавал шеф Хамза Саглам во время завтраков. Он был очень дружелюбен, разговаривал на нескольких языках, однозначно это 5-я звезда отеля! Надеюсь встретить его здесь в следующем году! Sunprime, благодарю за отличный отдых! Желаю дальнейшего процветания!!!

I spend one great week in this hotel. In my room was wonderful wiew to sea, amazing sunset from balcony. Housekeepers was super; allways some nice surprise in the room. All staff was so helpful, especially thank you Irem in reception! Only one problem was noise from other hotel/bars in neighbour some nights.

Absolutely spotless staff couldn’t do enough and very pleasant location is great right on the beach and amenities.Only thing that let this hotel down was the food or lack of it it is not even close to the pictures shown we had to go to the hotel across the street only went for breakfast once we went at 9 o’clock and there was nothing left but seeds yes seeds like budgies would eat didn’t have English tea and never had any milk no choice what so ever so pointless going back the next time and dinner again no options 3 different huge pots god knows what was in then plenty of bowls of salad all the same kind I got chicken 1 st night and it was raw the food was not just cold but absolutely freezing my husband had to ask for the soup to be microwaved when we did get some food worth trying they serve it to you I got 1 tiny skewer with 3 pieces on meat ? When I asked for a bit more they look at you like your greedy I was embarrassed to go for anything else it’s diabolical in 10 days I ate 2 pieces of chicken the deserts were nice I feel bad writing this because everything else was 100% most people who were in the hotel also had the same dinning experience if going don’t go all inclusive or half board and you,l love it

I liked everything in hotel. The view of my room was amazing. Staff were so helpful, especially Murat at the reception, Mert, and Ali at the beach. The hotel is well located, thanks for everything guys.
