I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

Hotel is shabby, the younger staff are polite, older staff can be quite snotty, the dunks are of poor quality! Asked for a vaults was told I would have to pay and he would sort the bill with me later! ; double Baileys he tried to charge over £70.00, gave him £40! (Didn’t even have a cheap version along with no brandy) friends left a packet and a half of cigarettes on the table (we where last to leave) next day barman said he put them in the bin. Snack bar often ran out of food, if you asked for French fries if she was cooking wedges for another customer you got wedges! Food in restaurant can only be described as slops, quite often with flies on it, salad always tasted stale. Seen one of the cooks go in to the toilet with his apron on! A La Carte meal was not bad but hadn’t even finished eating cheese and dips when waiter put the soup on the plate I was eating off, he did this with every course and the average time from sitting down to leaving was 35 mins for 5 courses then coffee! The hotel is shambolic and is more of a 3 star, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in Turkey! To say I am deeply disappointed is mild

Second time iv been to Grand Kaptan Alanya, honestly dont listen to bad reviews, iv already booked for next year. Firstly staff are amazing, very polite, helpful and always have a smile, the spa is amazing and very reasonably priced, had a hamam and full body massage then booked another 5 full body Bali massage, Pebri has a god given gift with her hands, will be booking again next year, very sweet lady with a beautiful smile. The photographers are fantastic, made even me look like a model. From receptionists to bar staff to cleaners, can not fault them at all. The hotel is located in Oba, 15 min drive by a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel into Alanya town and marina. Private beach right in the door step. The Entertainment staff are brilliant, mr motivator coco and elvis have such high energy, the aqua aerobics and aqua zumba was such a laugh, im missing the sound of Elvis and his darts game lol. Lastly but not least the moon bar at the top of the hotel, most amazing views of Alanya castle and coast, best mojitos in alanya. Counting the days till I'm back again next October. Thank you for an amazing holiday Grand Kaptan, I already miss you.....

Our stay here was adventurous. At the hotel we were able to relax and get the rest we wanted. Night shows were good, I especially enjoyed the Columbian night with Latin music. The spa was really good, we would say we got better hamam and scrubbing than in some spa in the city (and yes, we tried other spa as well). Food was good and they had big choice of different things. Coctails weren't really my type but they were so kind to meet my needs and mix drinks like I liked. They also offered us to go to the clubs in the city, which was really fun. And in the end Emre is the best!

Прямо на берегу, а не через дорогу. В Турции таких единицы. Завтраки - просто праздник каждое утро! Персонал в меру приветлив. Рекомендую привести свои кофейные капсулы для машины Nescafe, хорошие беруши и кусочек мыла:) В остальном всё поекрасно! Да, вот ещё что.... ужасные картины на стенах легко снять и заложить на шкаф. А перед отъездом вернуть на место.

I am never one to be picky or write a bad review, but I would advise to avoid this place! Just got home as a party of 10, 6 of us all have confirmed salmonella, severe sickness and diarrhoea. Been fine all holiday, as soon as we got home we got hit with it. I’ve been to some third world countries but never come home with this! Food is awful, pretty much starved all holiday as there wasn’t much to our liking. Food was luke warm, the fresh salad and meats all had an off smell to them. I wouldn’t class this as all inclusive as you have to pay for certain things, everything came at an extra cost. It was constant money orientated, tip boxes everywhere, felt obliged to tip everyone and every service you had. The hotel and rooms are very clean and presentable, can see the staff look after it and keep it to a high standard. Entertainment was non existent, some on the island but again came at an extra cost such as the bingo…18 EUR for a box! There were 2 pools in the hotel, one had a really bad drain issue where it stank the whole area out. No water slides in the hotel, even though were advertised, you had to go to the island for them but was rammed as shared with other hotels. The beach was lovely as well as the other pools on the island. There is plenty to do in the day, even extra excursions which were really good, highly recommend the safari one! Staff in general were lovely, however had a feeling that they have given up as it is the end of season. Highly recommend the spa too, the staff were lovely and was reasonably priced. However in conclusion to this I sadly would not return, I would advise doing your research before booking this hotel.

The hotel is indeed the best hotel I've ever seen in terms of great food, very delicious staff, smiling and cleaning, the beach is very beautiful, I can recommend it to everyone
