Located on t highway, easily accessible to haripad temple and ***narasala. Complimentary breakfast was very tasty. Friendly staff. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Rooms needs more hygienic. None of the rooms door stoppers are working. Food variety especially vegetarian needs improvement.

Experienced poor service in saugandhika residency alleppey. There was no wifi in suite room. Hotel staff showed no interest in rectifying the same. As restaurant is under renovation, all complementary food is served in make shift tent. Staff are very arrogant. As there are 4 bars run by the hotel, bar culture is prevalent among the staff.

Courteous staff. Amenities also good. Good breakfast mostly kerala style dishes. Can recommend for stay. Recommended few things to reception staff for upgradation of room facilities.

Room was nice, location and access was good, but bathrooms could improve, there was fungus and mold on shower curtain, floor grout and silicone, which is unhygienic. Towels lacked freshness. Food was good, room service was average. Over all i would give 4 stars out of 5. Driver dormitory could also improve.

Very poor service by the receptionist. They were forcing us to check out, even before 12 p. M. At 10 am, they got the baby's potty and stuff out without out consent, while we were having the breakfast. The food is good and so is the location and room, but if you are forcing people who book through the online portals into an early checkout; so that they can sell to other customers at a premium, then that's a disgraceful behaviour. If you are greedy for money, you will invariably lose the reputation and that's what matters in the long run
