"Lovely place and location of the property… could not believe Allepy had such good property which is very next to backwaters, the view from the room is excellent… lovely food… Best part is we met Emu and Ema they were so closely interacting with us, and this made kids friendly and enjoy more… love to stay at this place again and again… Hospitality of the staff starting from entrance till the exit was so excellent, they were so humble and kind… This was first time where a guest relation Manager(Ms Kavya) walked us till the room and explained about the property. "We visited Lake Canopy during peak summer with family, and though the heat was definitely intense, we still had a really great experience. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, especially if you get a backwater-facing room—the early morning vibe there is peaceful and totally worth it. The pool was very clean, which made a big difference in the heat. There were quite a few activities to keep us engaged like cycling, indoor games, and a shikara ride which we really enjoyed. We even tried a bit of fishing, which was a nice experience. Food was consistently good—breakfast had a nice variety, and both lunch and dinner were very tasty. What stood out the most was the staff—they were very hospitable and always helpful without being intrusive. Overall, despite the summer heat, it turned out to be a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend for a calm backwater experience."

"The location is absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was definitely on the pricier side, but I have to say—it was absolutely worth it. We had truly rejuvenating experience at the Ayurvedic Spa. The staffs were professional, warm, and attentive to our needs. The only area that could use some improvement is the bund around the restaurant. "

"It is a beautiful place to stay in the backwaters. Though one must note that this place is located in Ezhupunna and is about an hour away from Alapuzha main city. The staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Look for one Mr. Jelton through Mr. Rajesh at the reception for transport. He is amazing."

"Although the cruise didn’t quite meet our expectations, we are still giving them 5 stars. We spent a half a day to obtain quotes from various agencies/operators and this was the only place to tell us that doing a 2 night shared cruise is a bad idea. They clearly explained the limitations and without pressure suggested that we should consider whether a 1 night cruise will be sufficient or (if we really want to spend more days on the water) whether we should book a private houseboat (option was also reasonably priced). We slept over it and completed the booking stress-free via WhatsApp the next day. The entire booking process was painless, so we can only recommend their office."

"Raheem exceeded all our expectations. We knew it was going to be a cool property, but the location, the villa, the aesthetics, and the service were super pleasant. A few things to note- the mall u food is better than the chinese food, it’s not a right-on-the-beach property, you have to cross the road, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. But they let you be around the pool till late night, drink right there, and the service is great."

"We had an amazing time here. We came on a yoga holiday and it was a perfect location. All of the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. They were fun and wonderfully friendly The food was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. We had gorgeous massages, a cooking demonstration, and a superb Indian traditional dance display"

"The rooms are neat and good. Good, clean toilets. Clean. Staff good. Alleppey beach is 5 minutes by walking. They provide complimentary breakfast. This beach home stay has 8 double ac rooms and a comfortable dining area. There's no restaurant, but one can order food of choice from alleppey restaurants through swiggy. Private car parking for about 3 cars available. The approach road of about 300m is a lane but not much traffic. Nearby several home stays. Though rooms are with mosquito netted windows, if you keep rooms and windows open, mosquitos can be a problem. Yet, we found this stay comfortable and good."

"Passenger baggy service to be restarted for easy access to the villas. Night snack shack - fresh fruit juice to be improved, it is like watery. Fish & chips in main restaurant was not good in taste. Overall happy to stay, specially beach and swimming pool nicley maintained. Staff is execellant, very friendly and helpful anytime. Club house is sooper. We enjoyed. Rooms - nice bedding and other utilities and good and items are eco friendly. Its remarkable. Thanks, hussain"

They will always serve you could food as ice. 4. Only 1 charging point in the room, Overall, worst experience. Go and stay at your own risk. Better to stay somewhere near Alappuzha bus stand or railway station. "
