Very nice property, good food though complementary breakfast wasn’t that good. There were very less options in breakfast. Other than that cleanliness, extra activities they provide are very lovely

We have a wonderful stay with good food and co operative staff. Small water activities are also enjoyable. Food taste was authentic alapuzha style. Overall good place to visit

Stay at the resort was very peaceful. Staff hospitality is top notch. Food was great. From car parking, you will be taken via speed boat to enter the resort, which is a great experience. Surely will visit again.

We stayed at kondai lip for a day during the republic day weekend. The resort is a hidden gem with great value for money. The staff are very courteous. They also arrange an hour long boat ride and you can opt for other activities like fishing, kayaking etc.

Rooms were good with authentic kerala style wooden interior architecture. Bathrooms were spacious. Nice resort to relax and chill with family. Staff were courteous and friendly. Sunset cruise boating, paddle boating, kayaking are some of the other activities that can be done here. Vegetarian food options were not much and breakfast buffet was just average. Overall it was good experience.

From the moment i arrived, i was captivated by the serene surroundings and the warm welcome from the staff. Accommodation: the room i stayed in was a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. The spacious layout, coupled with a private balcony overlooking the lush gardens, offered a tranquil retreat. The amenities provided, including the luxurious bedding and thoughtful touches, contributed to a cozy and relaxing stay. Hospitality: the staff at [resort name] truly made my experience unforgettable. Their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist with any request, from arranging local excursions to ensuring my comfort at the resort, were commendable. Dining: the resort's dining options were diverse and exquisite. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a wide array of dishes showcasing local flavors and international cuisine. The seafood specialties at the beachfront restaurant were a particular highlight.

Property is away from city, so it is a good gateway. All gaming and activity facilities are at the site but backwater activities need to be planned as per the one's planning of the day. Since we stayed in oct, it was hot during the day, hence one would not imagine doing water activities during the day. Evening cruise is not really worth as backwater is really dirty around. Since the property is on the backwater, frogs and mosquitoes will entertain you in the night. Also, our delux room did not have good bathroom facilities, no tv channels were present or internet tv was available, so we did not know how to spend the night once there is sunset. Food was tasty and staff is very kind and supportive towards my toddlers need. Please be aware if you are travel-ling with toddler, there is no safety net around the bank of backwater. No life jackets were provided during evening cruise, also for any emergency i doubt there would be any nearest healthcare facility available and have to depend on the staff as you cannot go out of the property without a boat.
