Very small rooms with minimal facilities. Food during dinner is not good however, breakfast buffet is good. Location of facility is good with back water views. Arranged shikara on request which is also nice. Need to improve restaurant services as they are just serving all p reordered items at once on table with which most of them gets cold early. Do provide some basic facilities in room like a storage and safe in room. Overall stay is ok.

This place is situated by the backwaters of allepey and has the most serene and peaceful view of the houseboats and shikaras passing by the lake. The executive rooms are spacious and have an open washroom design. They also arrange shikara rides on an hourly basis if you don't want to explore houseboats as a stay option in allepey.

The location was serene and beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. The food was good, the service was excellent and the entire stay was flawless.

The room at palm-grove lake gave the feeling of british era having veran***, leisure room, bedroom, dressing r , toilet bathroom. The washbasin and washing area was in the open courtyard with flowers planted in it. In the veran*** one can enjoy the morning and evening tea with view of the boathouse plying in the front lake. Garden having numerous trees of different varieties. Pond having flowers of lotus restaurant timings are followed strictly. Quality and taste of food served is nice.

The stay at this place is average. Its a very dull resort with no activities, although there is a lake flowing at the backside but there is no such activities or lights or some seating to enjoy the place. The rooms are very sad, you will hove to face mosquito, lizards around you. The dining area is again sad not lighted and not much crowd as well. If you looking for a basic stay you can opt for this place, do not expect too much. The price stated and the value you get is not at all worthy.

We stayed for two days at this resort situated next to lake and having a 3. 5 acre green expanse. The cottage was well maintained. The food was the best part of our stay with the chef doling out hot breakfast and lunch. There were a few minor glitches like power grid drop which was immediately set right. They arranged for shikara boat ride and taxi for local sight seeing and return to airport. Overall a good place to relax.

Palm grove is a calm and serene experience. With narrow roads and all, getting in to the resort is a bit tricky. But once inside it is a relaxing experience. The cottages are well maintained staff very friendly and good service. Breakfast is limited but tasty.
