The hotel's treatment is disastrous...we feel cheated. I don't recommend it at all. Paco is the most disappointing, liar and least professional person I know and he is the manager of the hotel. For us, we are scammers. We will tell more on our social networks. And our case, which I am not going to expose here only on networks, will be reported to the consumer office.

Cocky treatment at reception, I booked a room through central purchasing, and how long it took them to confirm they wanted to charge me again. A shame, they are not trustworthy. There are better hotels in the area.

Situated very close to the main attractions, its a perfect place to stay. Welcoming and friendly staff, carparking 10 per day, which is essential. It's an older hotel, with a few quirky features, well maintained and spotlessly clean, really comfortable large beds. Good continental breakfast with plenty of choices. OK now back to the title of the review, if you have a sensitive posterior, you may find the toilet paper slightly abrasive, but that's my only minor issue
